They turn the ATV's into little tanks in the deep snow...amazing! Wanted to wish you and yours a happy holiday season. Appreciate you checking out our vids. We watch yours too, but on the TV usually so can't comment. You do a great job and how is the pups foot? Did you ever end up putting up a light show?

And is it a must do to put shims whit tracks or can i ride orginal?
@canesser111 жыл бұрын
It's like we grew up in the same family lol. Both have Big Bears, both have green Grizzly 700 EPS, ordered Maxxis Zilla in 27" earlier this week . . . that's too funny. Been installing the Tatous for the last 4 years now and it's worth the effort. My model does not have steering limiters which is a vulnerability if you were to hit a solid object with the steering cranked to end range.

@cubbeezx when tightening the nut for the rear stabilizing arm, how the heck do you keep the bolt heat on top from spinning? I can’t fit a wrench in there.

Have you ever had to balance front tires, Mud tires???
@bockslim11 жыл бұрын
I FIRST SEEN THE PICTURE AND THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TO RUN THE TATUE AS A HALF DRIVE . ( JUST THE REAR TRACKS ON ) THAT WOULD MAYBE ALOT EASIER TO STEER ?
@Jane1le5 жыл бұрын
Hello I’m in the market for a set of tracks for my outlander 1000xt. I’ve noticed you run camoplast and Kimpex on both yours machines. May I ask which set you like better. I’m looking for the best performer between the 2. Flotation, speed and turning. I keep going back and forth between the camos and the Apache 360s. But can’t seem to find an answer between the 2.
@cubbeezx5 жыл бұрын
We have been very happy with our Commander WS4 tracks. We notice that the Grizzly is easier to steer than the other brand and even though they have bigger lugs they don’t seem to throw the snow up as much.
@Jane1le5 жыл бұрын
cubbeezx so would you choose Camso over Apache360s/ws4
@cubbeezx5 жыл бұрын
We would recommend the Commander WS4 tracks...that is what we have been running for several years now

hi cubb & ck ( tick Nija ) 2 Q: Q1: did you shim your cluch for the tracks, Q2; Do you take the kit off when you put the wheel back on. Thanks Greg
@cubbeezx6 жыл бұрын
Hey Greg, we did install a shim in the Grizzly clutch but we did it when we put the bigger tires on to get back some of the bottom end we lost. We got the tracks after that....so the shim was already in place. We do taking the mounting kit off completely when we take the tracks off. We do leave some of the 'kit' on the tracks though ready for the next season. Hope that helps!

How long does it take you to install and remove the tracks now that you’ve done it a few times?
@cubbeezx5 жыл бұрын
Removing them is a lot faster than installing. As they are installed months apart, takes a while to remember but definitely quicker the more times I do it...probably still a good couple of hours...the outdoor shop is pretty chilly!
@Willwalden9911 жыл бұрын
when will you put the zilla's back on
@levim641710 жыл бұрын
What do you prefer for tracks? The Kimpex or Camoplast? Also which ones are more durable and have less issues? I heard that the wheels freeze to the track and cause problems.

Hey cubz Do you have experience some rubbing on the plastics side floor with the tracks, i have t4s 2019 installed on my 2018 rincon And i have remove my back winch and back rack cause of weight on suspension I have trimmed a little my plastic And sometime when i pass on hard round surface it rubbing a little in the plastics of the quad
@cubbeezx6 жыл бұрын
We haven't had any issues with rubbing but apparently they do say to stiffen the suspension when you have the tracks on. We never have, but that might help to stop the rubbing you experience.
