Nicely done. You know me though,it’s got to be scrambled eggs for me. Lol. Looks awesome and I bet it’s tastes even better. Just had scrambled eggs and bacon this morning. We buy the thick sliced applewood smoked bacon that’s quite tasty. Thanks for sharing and I hope you have a great weekend 👍👍

@@dthomas5281 it’s a method of cooking, scrambled eggs over low heat with constant agitation. It makes them very moist. It’s our preferred method at home.

@@MarkKratzMC never knew it but that’s the way I do it too. They come out thick and fluffy too. Always liked the bigger chunks of egg so that’s how I’ve always made them. I know if I go to a diner they’re never like that. It’s always small thin pieces of egg. Tastes good but not much body to them. I always froth them up too just before they go in the pan as well. Thanks for the explanation hope you have a great week. 👍👍

Keeping the heat low is the trick with wood stoves. I was digging in the freezer today and found a couple of pounds of homemade Canadian bacon. Thank you for sharing your breakfast with us, Mark. Stay safe and stay cool
