Recipes:
Salsa Verde Chicken
2 pounds of chicken (boneless skinless chicken thighs used here)
2 cups salsa verde (enough to cover chicken)
1/4 tsp ground cumin (or to taste)
1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
Cooked on high until chicken reaches at least 165 degrees F on a food thermometer
After cooking the chicken, I used the excess Salsa Verde to make White Chicken Chili and adjusted seasonings.
Potatoes
3 cups potatoes
1 cup water
Cooked on high until reaching 190 degrees F
