I was single and there in 1981, for 90 days for MCES Combat Engineer training. 1371 MOS. I am healthy. What should I do, if anything? (Probably nothing)

There are tons of reports online. Some quick googling should tell you what you need to know.

I was stationed there from 2017 to 2019. In 2019 I was diagnosed with Leukemia and it was filed as service connected. Talked to a few layers and they said that there is nothing for me because I don't fall within the cut off dates. Any advice?

They are correct. The cutoff is 1987. I am sorry that you are going through this.
