Yes, it's awesome in the fall. This is Crown land so it's free access. I am hoping to get back up there this coming week for a 3 day canoe trip. Thanks for stopping by.

Hey Flint, thanks so much my dear friend, btw, thanks a whole lot for sending people to watch my videos. I am trying to get better. Some day I hope to get a proper camera. Being on a disability income it's really tough to acquire the nice little extras. But, some day it will come together. Selling my ferro rods and walking sticks is my hope to raise some extra money for the little extras to improve my channel quality. Thank you so much Flint, for your support.

+Joshuah Moran, ya man this is a beautiful area of Ontario, scattered with lakes and rivers, he'll you have to canoe across a smaller lake to reach the portage and McCrea Lake...and it's Crown Land. No fees, no assigned campsite, no girly washrooms, this is backwoods camping at its nicest. Just be a good steward of the land. Hey Brother, if you and your wife ever want to come to Ontario for an outing, let me know my friend and I will hook you up at my place , then hit the bush for a few days. I'm not sure, but it's a good canoe ride . Portage from Macdonald lake to McCrae, then a canoe ride to the far end of the lake. Apparently there is a way to hike into that spot but I have never done it.

It's called the eagles Nest and the trail from the parking lot leads right to it. Easy hike but sometimes muddy in spots. Busy busy place when summer comes but perfect for off season. Been paddling there for decades and some winter camping over the years. I'm the Dennis mentioned by Shawn and come Spring you are welcome to come up for a paddle and discover the place by water. Port Credit area is home for me. Old retired hippie still able. Shawn came on a deer hunt campout this last November with me...of course it rained and sleeted!!

yeah , the outdoors is awesome . Hadn't heard of you until I seen your comments on BushC. quebec . It was long overdue for someone to write such a proper email to him , your comment was the best , I seen to him .
