You have quite the the set up! You must spend a lot of time trying to figure everything out. I really enjoy your beautiful videos and how you bring wildlife right to our doorstep. Such vivid colors and beautiful moments. Thank you for the reviews as well. With so many things out there it is impossible to choose something with no knowledge of one from the other. Keep up the great work my friend 👍 👏 😉😁

Thanks, yes there are so many trail cameras out there it can be overwhelming to choose, they keep improving at a good price. This one is getting closer to my dream camera with great sound and outstanding video. But it depends on what you are using them for, a lot of people want the big picture at longer range and aren't so picky on high detail. BB

Thank you for this in depth review. I wasn't positive on purchasing this, but them Campark actually showed me this in response to some questions. I'm going to go purchase this plus the solar piece too. Thanks for talking the time and sharing.

You do a great job on your channel! Just bought this model TC06 off ebay at a bid of $72. I started my channel with a Campark T200. Since then I have collected another T200, T100,T80, 2 T20's ( for pic's only), and Toguard H100 and a H200. Most bought off of ebay at a super cheap price. Very pleased with the Campark and Toguard brands. They are a little slow on responding to emails. I use the 6 volt batteries with the power cables bought of amazon. Subscribed.

Thanks, and Welcome to the Backyard! I really like the TC06 especially the sound volume and quality. Not many trailcams have good audio. I'm trying out the TC07 now, stay tuned. BB

What a fantastic upload. I have watched this twice consequently, it’s just so full of both content and information. A couple of questions for you, if you don’t mind. Firstly, did I hear you state that the camera only records in hd during darkness?? Will that be 1080p or the 2k resolution that this camera is capable of?? What time duration can the nighttime footage be filmed for, my ageing Browning will only allow 20 seconds at 1080p. Biggest question of all perhaps, or not, particularly how you seem to talk about this model (TC06) which camera would you favour/recommend between the TC06 or T100. I see you have used the T100 to great effect. Thank you for sharing your wildlife encounters and knowledge with your faithful followers. Keep up your sterling work. 👌 Phil🇬🇧
@MyBackyardBirding2 жыл бұрын
Thanks, The TC06 does max 1080p at night with the two lens system. While the T100 does full 4K at night. You can get the T100 through this link shrsl.com/3nywk or the TC06 through this link shrsl.com/3nywf and I'll get a small commission for my troubles. The big plus with the TC06 is sound and daytime video, the big plus with the T100 is higher res night time video although not as much dynamic range as the TC06. Yes, I use closeup lenses on both for daytime closeups and it is much easier to modify a T100 which you just have to carefully sand around the lens mount until the adapter fits compared to gluing on an adapter to the TC06 which will be great for daytime but cause a shadow at night on the adjacent lens, but really you don't want to be using closeups at night because the lights will blow everything out. another trick is to block out some of the night leds with black plastic or paper if you want to avoid over exposing with night closeups. What you need is a 25 to 37 mm adapter and a set of tiffen 37 mm closeup lens at amzn.to/3Vqlt5r don't go cheap in the close up lenses as the images may be distorted. Good Luck BB

@@MyBackyardBirding Thank you so much for your time devoted to the reply to my questions. To get such from a very experienced and seasoned KZbinr is invaluable. Seeing what you have achieved and for you to have passed on your knowledge is very commendable and most appreciated, and, even down to the necessary components to achieve the results you have. I simply can’t thank you enough. The biggest problem for me now is which camera do I choose?? the T100 for its 4K nighttime footage and ease of modification, or TC06 for dynamic range, superior audio quality and duel lens system. How nice if my budget would stretch to both !! Both cameras would come in at about Browning 4K equivalent. Definitely food for thought, and once again, a big thank you. Phil🇬🇧

Perhaps you would be so kind in a short explanation of how you use the close up lenses and the way you attach them to the TC06 ?? Perhaps it would make a great topic for an upload!! I found the video content in this upload about how you refurbished the TC06 after the hurricane fascinating, I’m sure others did too. It probably made many people decide that this camera was definitely up for the task of standing up to the elements 👍

Hi, I just received the solar panel. Do you leave in batteries when using solar? If so, does the unit use solar power before draining the batteries? Thank you!!
@MyBackyardBirding Жыл бұрын
Yes, you want to have batteries in as a backup, it will use the solar first before going to the batteries so if you have it in a place that gets enough sun your batteries will last a very long time. Have Fun! BB
@tammyspitzer7778 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the reply. My batteries died, but the solar panel did not kick in, so missed a few days of recording. Solar panel still had 3 lights on, so 3/4 charged. I have a ticket in to CamPark, but just curious, in your experience, should the camera still work on solar power only with dead batteries? They are offering to replace the camera, but I don't want to go through that if the solution is to alwlays keep at least partially charged batteries in the camera. Thank you so much for your expertise and time.

A great camera but, how do I permanently upload the images onto the tablet? or if I try to upload the camera or the S.D. card to my laptop, the computer does not (see) either the camera or the card.

I bought one of these tc06 and got my pir interval at 5 seconds with 20 second video setting. But found that it takes the camera around 25 seconds delay between videos and its making me miss quite abit of action. Does your tc06 take this long between takin the next video?

We had a Campark T85, I think and just loved it. We got the TC06 and the microphone doesn't work. If we shout into it from about 1 foot away, we can hear some muffled sounds. We've contacted Campark and have to say they are very unhelpful. Has anyone else had this issue? We're about to return it bc it's too frustrating to not have any support from the company.

I received this camera for my birthday a few months ago but didn’t set up the WiFi right away. We are trying to do that now but it’s not connecting. Anyone else have that issue? Also, it definitely does not capture bird activity at a nest box, which is disappointing.
@MyBackyardBirding4 ай бұрын
The video should help. I've not had any problems - the camera just connects its wifi to your phone so you can adjust settings and review photos etc and then it turns off when you turn on the camera for surveillance. It should detect birds coming and going from a nest box but you'll have to put it fairly close like 2 to 3 feet. Good Luck! BB

I bought a faulty trail camera from campark and this has been my experience trying to return it. I messaged them and told them the issues. (They have no contact phone number so it all has to be done by email) They said you have to run test on it first to determine it’s faulty. I told them I have been for three weeks already I been trying everything I can to see how I can get it to work reliably and it’s malfunctioning constantly. They said I can’t return it until they determine it’s faulty first. So they have me do test but the test they have me do is not the issue and they still won’t recognize it as being faulty after another two weeks of running more test on it and not working reliably. I can’t call them, I have to wait until they respond and I feel like I’m dealing with an AI operator because the response is so robotic. I’m tired of dealing with them, they should be the once working out the bugs not me. I’ve never ran across this when returning a faulty product with any other company. The camera is no good it’s going in the garbage and I’m never buying from them again.
@MyBackyardBirding Жыл бұрын
That's too bad, you don't say what your issue is? Trail Cameras can be challenging to figure out, how long have you had it and used it? I've had TC06 and T100's survive being submerged by hurricanes and flash floods and keep working and return to normal operation after some time in the sun to dry out see kzbin.info/www/bejne/jWSpqqCkZb-Jf6Msi=1AgNdrbFKPvHJ7B_ and kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKG5m6Rsa9iCbbMsi=nBIVNeEa3C4hKcz9 but I've been using trail cameras for over a decade. It would be ridiculous to expect cameras subject to such abuse to be covered by warranty, but so far they have all recovered to work again with some TLC. My Camparks have produced most of the stunning images on this channel recently and have generated millions of views. BB
