Jesus answered my cries in a cold dark solitary confinement cell 2018, just starting to withdrawal from opiates. For the first time I experienced very minimal symptoms, fell asleep peacefully! To put it in perspective, I spent $500 to $1000 daily on drugs and alcohol to drown out PTSD so the withdrawals were absolute hell and lasted two weeks with no sleep and terrible symptoms! After my time was served I continued sobriety, lived for him over eight years now and he’s done so much for me, I cannot tell it all. Even my mental state was restored, I’m happy finally.

In 2020 the whole world was shut down. I was deeply addicted to drugs and my wife finally had enough and left with the kids. Shortly after I was homeless and suffering drug psychosis. One night i was scared to death and on the verge of death and I cried out to God! I instantly felt as if 1 million volts of love entered my body and I finally knew the real God of the universe. You could search also Ron Wyatt footage of having found the Ark of the Covenant where angels told him to take a black substance and have it analysed. Ron filmed how the substance was taken to the Antiquities Authorities in Jerusalem to have the substance analysed and when he returned for the result they said it was living blood from the time of Christ and that it had 24 Chromosomes from his mother's DNA but only 1 Chromosome from his father's DNA The antiquities authority were obviously warned not to make the findings public. So this has been denied. However, they display a small artefact with pomegranates that Ron gave to them because it is unlawful to keep anything of antiquity so he gave that to the authority. It is displayed without any mention of the man who found it. There is always opposition to truth by those in opposition to truth. But we will know the truth and the truth will set us free from those in power who subjugate us all by their lies and deceptions.

As a lapsed Catholic student enticed by hedonism self-justified by agnosticism, I was goaded into praying the dangerous "God if You're real, if You show me I'll believe in You" prayer. It was answered by an indescribable presence and knowledge before I got to the end of the sentence - like my temporal 5-senses view of the world rolled up like a stage curtain and revealed the Creator and His desire to reveal Himself to me. Try as I could I could never shake off that encounter with Him, and eventually surrendered to that awesome Love. That was 44 years ago.

Honestly it was a big fan at the beginning of the pandemic and then near Christmas when vaccine started rolling out my dad refused to get his first one even though he has respiratory problems and he quoted Dr John as the reason he didn't get the vaccine. My dad ended up in the hospital on a ventilator with COVID and usually if you're on a ventilator from a respiratory issue you chances of surviving and getting off of it are very slim. My dad was lucky but I started watching Dr John in January and my dad found him on his own I think in the fall of 2020

I lost my mum to a blood clot on her brain following 2 AZ. My dad got a clot in his leg after his 2nd AZ. Dad is currently in hospital with a large new clot on his lung & smaller microclots. I remember probberly in the sixties they said on the newspaper it was fake, I was a 13 year old atholic it went to convince me there probberly was no God and from there on I began a life of given over to sin of every kind spent a 4 yer term in the army which led to even more sin after a few relationships that ended in tears I married and although I've got som very spishel memories at times a nightmare mostly because of my promiscuous lifestyle suppressed by alcohol but one night in a one bedroom flat apart from my lovely wife and children with deformed on the cards I got down on my knees and cried out to God from the depths of my being and all I can say is somthing powerfull took over my life everything that was dark was changed to light a wonderful joy took over my life I never had an other drink that was 38 years ago God not only rescued my me my wife and our marage my wife was so astonished with my conversion that she came back to the Lord we started going to a local Evangelical Church our relationship lasted for 44 years till she died 3 years ago and she is now with the Lord I am still walking with my Lord and Saveour Jesus Christ all glory to God🙏

For 57 years I was blind, an atheist I thought it was a fable such as King Arthur or the Greek myths. 10 months ago I went to bed shaking. My body was doubled up in pain, I could feel my blood rushing around my body like an electric shock & when I went with the pain instead of fighting it as by then I knew that I was going. I shot out of my body through my tummy. I went on the most frightening experience i'd ever endured, which quickly turned into the most euphoric,beautiful experience that changed my life. The shortest meeting turned into the best thing that had ever happened to me. (Im a mum & grandma) so I know unconditional love but it is nothing like the pure love we have from our Father. God is real, Jesus is as real as you and me. Jesus went through all that for us. You can never fathom how loved and important we are to our Father. When we die it is the carcass, thats all a carcass, it goes it rots. We never die we go home to our Father. Earth is a school which we all voluntary go to for experience as we cannot experience human thoughts or feeling in spirit. We know but you need hands on to experience it. We still have our quirky nature our soul. Jesus had all of Gods divinty from the spirit in the flesh hence he could teach others so well. I am suffering loneliness and despair although my grown children are nearby but are working just to be able to survive. These are very dark times and I feel hopeless for my children's and grandson's future. This is a cruel and wicked world and I struggle with my faith. I have watched documentaries on the Shroud and I believe unquestionably that it is indeed the funeral wrapping of our Dear Lord Jesus. I've watched recent videos on the Shroud which present evidence for fibres of the fabric being native to the area in which Jesus lived. Also I really recommend reading the Psalms in these times to see the faith of the writers when God led them through times of adversity. Bless your family regularly with the Aaronic blessing in the name of Jesus. And we must continue to pray. Pray for fellow Christians in worse persecution, and pray for Israel. Also keep praying the things in pray for in the New Testament. Pray for those in authority - that they will be changed to follow Jesus and what is right,or that the Lord will replace them with better leaders,who will be willing to serve the Lord. Pray for revival and repentance in countries that were Christian. Pray to the Lord and do not be deceived into praying to those who have died before. Remember Jesus loves you. Your value is what He gives you, not in what the world says nor in what the flesh and the devil try to discourage you with. Bring the sacrifice of praise before the Lord regularly and frequently. Now may the LORD bless you and keep you. May He look upon you and be gracious to you. May He come down to where you are and smile upon you and may He grant you peace and wholeness. I've always believed the Shroud is of our Lord Jesus Christ. I'm not catholic but I happened to stop by the Church of Corpus Christi in upstate NY. I met the priest there who had been very involved in the Shroud for many years in Italy. His church was dedicated to the Shroud, Corpus Christi means the Body of Christ. I was a brand new Christian, had never read the Bible. When I walked into that church I just started crying and crying and couldn't understand what was happening. The priest showed me the photos and the statue that represented what you showed here. We shared such a sweet time of fellowship, like we had been friends forever. I knew nothing about the science, this was in about 1984, but my heart was broken but filled with such love and that was science enough for me. Thank you John for showing this, you've brought a precious memory back fresh to me. Yes, these times we live in need these simple yet profound revelations that God sends to us to give us hope to be able to face them. 🙏

He will fill up the hole in the centre of your being - where the pain is. It is difficult to describe but when we pray just with our mind, it seems nothing happens. When we pray from a deep place, from the heart, with our deepest will, God does answer. I should explain that it is not that God is reticent to help us (He REALLY wants to) but there sometimes seems to be a barrier in our mind/heart that makes it difficult for God to break through.

I've heard about the Shroud all my life because my maternal grandparents came from Turin. Neither were religious. But both were very emotional about the Shroud's authenticity, which I doubted and unfortunately scorned for many years being a young brat who thought I knew better than "religious hokus pokus." Then I changed, to their delight, and even evolved to become a devoted Christian. But in this phase, up until your presentation, I would have been dismissive, thinking Jesus would rather we concentrate on understanding and practicing his teachings rather than argue over the authenticity of the shroud. There is also a particular fact hiding in plain sight which suggests that we are living in a truly magical universe. Not Harry Potter style magical, but fantastical nonetheless. It is the fact that we are conscious, self-aware beings and not merely meat machines. Not a single law of physics, chemistry or biology explains anything to do with our consciousness or how it is grafted onto this fleshy apparatus we inhabit and yet for most of us it is the most prized aspect of our existence and forms the core of our ethics. How is it that the centerpiece of who we are can't be explained in any conventionsl way, even in principle. Psychotropic drugs, alcohol, fatigue, adrenaline do seem to alter it in some way but that's a far cry from coming up with a Grand Unified Theory of consciousness. It is a radically different thing from anything else we know about the universe. All this is just to calibrate your comfort level when talking about the universe and its possible divine origin. I don't think any of the above precludes one from accepting that the universe is certainly very strange and a God explanation, at whatever level you wish to take the word 'God' to mean, is no more strange or false a move. But here's where non-theists get queasy because they know that once the God hypothesis is on the table, it is harder to dismiss any examination of the data for a particular God claim e.g. for the Christian God as having merit. Christian theology doesn't sound so outlandish once you realize you have already bought into the utter strangeness of both the universe's existence and our own existence within it and this creates a space in which one might, without losing any respectability, examine the evidence on an otherwise science channel for the authenticity of arguably the most significant Christian relic, on which topic Dr Campbell has done an admirable job.

His methods involve research and analysis. He forms conclusions after consideration of that evidence. He offers the results of same, in videos and provides references and ideas for further study. As a slight diversion he was sharing with viewers, an item which has piqued his interest - and presented it in a largely factual way - with some references to YOUR book of myths, to show how the mystery developed. YOU have chosen to THINK, in your religious arrogance, that John Campbell has somehow been on some enlightened path - that only YOU now interpret to be fulfilling your hopes and expectations. My wife and I have followed Dr. Campbell's medical insights since the early days of the COVID-19 epidemic; his counsel throughout that puzzling period was spot-on and highly useful to all who stayed updated based on his objective insights. I'm now delighted with this overview of current evidence for the Shroud of Turin. As an amateur Christian apologist and archaeology enthusiast I, too, have long been fascinated by this artifact. While no one could ever say with certainty this was the burial cloth of Jesus of Nazareth, science and logic continues to "add sticks to that pile." Historical apologetics is not about proof; it can't be as time cannot be replicated in a lab, unlike the natural sciences. Instead, it is about plausibility. Anyone who has come to the Shroud of Turin with an open yet rational mind cannot but conclude that the available evidence makes what Dr. Campbell and others (including myself) have concluded---that the Shroud of Turin IS Jesus' burial cloth---the most plausible explanation for the available evidence, by far. My faith is what has kept me going. Not a follower of any official religion, but brought up Protestant, yet through my musical education and one of the best teachers ever to have the privilege of studying with, a Jew by birth, converted to Catholicism, with a huge knowledge and passion for his subject, history of Music and Art. Or let's say it CAN be a sacred language, depending perhaps a lot on the intention that is put into it by its respective "creators". Take slavonic orthodox liturgical chants which can be breath-takingly gorgeous and lift you up into a prayerful state of mind in no time. Personally, I've come to believe that genuine art "happens" when man "creates" while he/she is in an inner state of "spiritual connectedness" between heaven & earth, between God & creation, as would be symbolized by a tree rooted in the earth but stretching its branches into the sky, or else the simple symbol of the cross; a bit like the figure of Leonardo da Vinci's "Vitruvian Man. That's when an artist (anybody has the potential!) kind of touches in & is able to bring something "divine" & infinite into our human & finite world. And those who ARE sensitive to this "something divine" can't but sense it, feel it, see it, admire it, be drawn to it when they are exposed to such "inspired art". Yes, for sure, countless people have been touched, moved, transformed by a painting, doing calligraphy, by contemplating a piece of art, beholding nature, by poetry, watching a sacred dance, experiencing music, sound, song or whatever. God is NOT limited but can work, reach, touch, awaken, melt & transform human hearts through ANY means of His creation, especially through art. It's the Divine Spirit "in action" in innumerable ways. And each human soul has her own "resonance", sensitivity and "inner code of access" which only the Creator knows & can "sing" to make the very soul of human being to dance for joy. Intuitively; as a portrait painter; i believe the shroud image is Jesus. No artwork comes close. Also, i saw Jesus' face in a vision back in the early 1970s. It agreed with this image well enough. So glad for your sharing John. Youre a big big blessing brother John Campbell. Praise God!

Hi John , I’ve always been a believer ; but not religious particularly . I was truly struck by the image of Jesus in the shroud . To see that he was quite a big strong man ; struck me profoundly . I was so pleasantly shocked to see this drastic change in topic on your channel! When I first read the title I didn't think you could be talking about the shroud! I am so happy this was the case! I can't tell you how thankful I am to you for using your platform to bringing this important relic to the attention of the general population. To me this is such a miracle and my faith was set on fire when I learned about this shroud and all the fascinating secrets it holds. I also am convinced it is the shroud that covered Jesus Christ. I hope if more people are aware, more can turn towards Him. Just like the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the shroud has the potential to save many. I would also love to see you do an episode on the scientific research done on the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe, it is also miraculous and the scientific findings are mind blowing. It was the reason for my re conversion to the faith and then I stumbled upon the shroud and I am in it for good! There are so many other incredible miracles that have no scientific explanation that I wish more people would hear about!
