Hello! First time to comment, but I've watched several of your vids - have watched the France - Spain series. You were recommended to me by YT. I find your vids very relaxing. But the reason I finally commented is because you also follow Foresty Forest! He now has a bigger van! :) Happy & safe holidays to you both! Greets from sunny Philippines. 🇵🇭 😊

Woo! We cross the Strood on occasion, to walk our dog at Cudmore grove. Lovely place. Lots of fossils and prehistoric sharks teeth. There was supposed to be hippo fossils along here I believe.

So when you guys writing a cook book for vanlifers lol. Me wife and I are intrigued by your one pot meals and that ridge monkey. And since you guys love fish n chips think you would tackle making that in your lil red camper van. Good travels still one year away in your movies but we’re catching up. Jc n Sharon

Hi JC & Sharon. Thanks so much for watching and your lovely comment. We just like experimenting with easy things that can be cooked in one pan to see what works. Not everything goes to plan as you can see in some of our videos! Fish & chips would be a challenge as they are definitely best deep fried and we don’t fancy doing that in a small campervan 😀

I'm subscribed to Foresty Forest as well, although there's no way my old legs could manage what he climbs. I love Rocko; she's such a grand little addition to his channel. Jon in rural BC, Canada

I had to look up the definition of "brolly" so I could understand what a "brolly walk" is. I thought maybe it meant "jolly". I was wrong, but it looks like you did have a jolly, brolly walk anyway! May I suggest a wireless microphone for Carol? It can be tough to hear her side of your conversations when you're out exploring. I really enjoy your videos, thank you for sharing your adventures and beautiful country!

Audio capture is the hardest part of making a film. I totally agree that Carols volume needs boosting and I do have a wireless mic. Trouble is you need two and the gopro just doesn’t support that at the moment. I have some ideas so if I can make it better I will. 👍 Good to know we introduced you to Brolly 😏

Landscape so different to Sussex....Even the coast seems different, very flat. I can remember reading about the norse raiding Mersea Island so the history goes back a long way in that part of the country. The music went very well with the aerial shots.
@LifeistooshortCK4 жыл бұрын
This part of the coast is covered in pill boxes from the war. Loads of landing grounds for an invasion which also fits with the Norse raiders. Cliffs are so crumbly I am surprised any of it is left. 👍

Getting caught up on previous content and loving it all... How are you managing the lock down? We are taking steps here in Michigan starting Wed. for a three week expanded cut back in order to try and avoid a potential stay at home order... Be well and safe
@LifeistooshortCK4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching Chad. This lockdown isn’t quite as restrictive as before. We are allowed out to exercise and there are more shops open. Restaurants can also open for takeaways. We are busy working on the Q&A videos which will be uploaded soon. Stay safe in Michigan 🙂👍

@@LifeistooshortCK Glad to here... by the way I thought you may want to consider checking out a video by Lucy at DriveTribe she did a video about 5 days ago where she is using a DJI Mini Drone and gets some nice shots and I guess the DJI Mini 2 allows for better film quality... but anyway the drone is not much bigger than her I Phone 12... and with space an issue in van thought you may want to give a look at for future consideration... Be safe and until next time

Hallo to you both. I discovered your channel a couple of days ago and after watching a few videos I decided to subscribe. Did you watch Andrew Dittons video lastnight...sunday 12.7 ?...he mentioned the for´s and against´s between motorhomes, vans and caravans. Because I find your channel so interesting I decided to mention it to him so that other people can watch you...I hope that this will boost your subscriber numbers. Take care and stay safe.

We follow Andrew and always enjoy his adventures with Dougal. We tried watching that last night but didn’t have enough signal where we were parked up so will try again tonight. We had a caravan for many years and I used to say I would never have a van. How silly I was. If I could go back and do it all again I would choose a fairly small van over a caravan for sure. Thanks for mentioning our channel to him thats very kind of you. All the best Roger. 👍
