Another great video! Do you think those ferries and camp ground could handle a 61 foot long rig? Would love to go there. Looks like a lot of fun.

Thanks again! The ferry from the mainland to Deer Island would be no problem at all. The ferry from Deer Island to Campobello is much smaller, you'd probably take up most of one lane so you'd need to be one of the first to board. With 50 foot tides the approach and departure on and off the ferry can change quite a bit. Pretty sure you'd be fine in your rig, but might be worth calling ahead to confirm: www.eastcoastferriesltd.com/index.html

casey neistat (well known youtuber) points out he always shoots wearing sunglasses so his eye movements (looking at the monitor or whatever) does not distract the viewer, and so he doesnt have to stare into the camera itself. Anyways great travel video.

Hi! Lately we haven't been travelling as much as we used to. We do have some content from our trip to the Gaspe region, including Forillon National Park, coming soon. But nothing more from NS for a while. Thanks for reaching out!

Great video. I was planning to go there this year but my plans changed. How much does it cost for the ferries?
@TravelingMaritimers4 жыл бұрын
The ferry between the mainland and Deer Island is free. The ferry between Deer Island and Campobello cost us $72 each way for the truck, two people and a 26 foot travel trailer. You can find the fare details here: www.eastcoastferriesltd.com/Fares-Schedule.html

Is there a ferry to Campobello from mainland NB?
@TravelingMaritimers Жыл бұрын
No, unfortunately. The only ferry to Campobello runs from Deer Island, NB. There is also a bridge from Lubec, Maine.
@FBI-rm3nu4 жыл бұрын
where is this
@TravelingMaritimers4 жыл бұрын
It's in the Bay of Fundy off the NB coast. There's a map showing the location, and directions to get there in the video.
