Spednic Lake is an absolute gem! It was in fact a provincial park back in the day. I will say that you will have to be careful not to canoe or kayak out to one of the American Island or the mainland on the other side or you will have some troubles.. I recommend doing some research on which Islands are alright. There are also campsites out on most of the islands and a couple other spots that can only be reached by boat, canoe or kayak. Great job on the videography, cant wait to get back this year! Happy Camping!

Great advice regarding the US border, you could definitely find yourself in some trouble if not careful. We actually took our hand held GPS with us in the kayak, which shows the location of the boundary. That way we were sure we were always on the Canadian side.

Beautiful place! Do we have to reserve to camp there?
@TravelingMaritimers
@TravelingMaritimers 2 жыл бұрын
If I recall, park staff is only around on the weekends. I think there was a notice up of which sites were already taken or reserved so you know which ones are free when you arrive. But we'd highly recommend reserving ahead of time so you can be sure the site you want is available when you want. You can book online at www.stcroix.org/
