Hi Jane - lovely video - loved the veggie box - I will often pick up random veggies as we travel from markets or road side stalls - Maybe an idea for a future video for you would be, some ideas for recipes for a weekly veggie box and how to develop a recipe from random veggies that you pick up or that weekly veggie box.

Top tip on the ghee - I'll look into that for cooking in the van rather than the spray on olive oil stuff I have been using 👍

Can’t remember where you’re based Jules, but I think you’re UK right? If so, there are two lovely ghee brands that I would recommend over this generic imported one. There’s the Happy Butter Co in Devon & Ghee Easy which you can get in some supermarkets. Both are organic and far more expensive, but the taste (and probably footprint) are just sublime.

Yep, so long as there’s enough fat in there (either bacon grease or ghee). I’m currently off eggs & nightshades, but hopefully reintroducing them all soon (you know, as I have a hen house full of eggs and a poly tunnel full of tomatoes 🙄) How is your eating situation these days Lynnette?
