Ha Ha, I stayed 3 nights starting Labor Day in your 2nd camping spot. Great views. We had coyotes and hogs come through 2 nights! Saw a big Tom turkey at the Rock Garden TH also! Loved the park and just 30 mins to town. All levels of biking and hiking. Upper and Lower Comanche were a blast but also are beast to bike. Hiked up Rock Garden then over to Fortress Point amazing and good bird and lizard watching 🙂also. I got lucky with no rain in canyon during my stay. The morning heading out it was storming like mad at the gate and toward Amarillo. Rain didn't stop till Oklahoma City! Great work on sharing your adventures.

Hey Dave! Thanks for stopping by. This was a fun one. Ramen night was my favorite, mostly bc I took the night off from cooking. And that turkey was lucky I brought plenty of food 😂

Thanks! My wife is more of an RV glamper but I convince her to come “rough it” every so often. 🙌

Great stuff! If you had to pick one thing that can make a or break a camping trip, what would it be?
@ChenzosWorld8 ай бұрын
Thanks. That’s great question. Sleep quality and comfort will definitely make or break a trip. If you’re too cold or too hot at night it can make for a miserable experience. It’s worth planning ahead for the weather and having a backup plan just in case some of your gear fails.
