Palo Duro Canyon State Park, Canyon Texas.

Episode 4 of our epic 2900 mile journey through 3 states, several state parks, RV parks and cities.
Episode 4 features Palo Duro Canyon State park, which was established in 1934 and is the second largest canyon in the USA.
We stayed 3 nights and were lucky to experience Palo Duro Canyon before the flood and closures, which happened a week after our stay.

Unfortunately a 17 year old boy died after being rescued from the Lighthouse Trail on June 21. Take my water advise seriously and also hike early.
