We have THREE smaller dogs. We bring a screw in ground stake that have leads on while we are at camp just to ensure they are safe at all times with us. Enough lead for them to be comfortable; they love the hikes though! Love the non-lethal options you carry at all times, I carry a POM with me everywhere along with my conceal! Love the vids Mike!

Great audio mix / edit. You emphasized sounds of the environment and it works well with the volume of the background music. You are conveying the mood and feeling well with interesting visuals. It also feels a bit more candid and "less produced" which is a style in itself. I'm enjoying your content. Great Job !

CO is probably yearly overall cooler than MA but you keep the Fox pepper spray in the truck all the time? I like that size also along with a smaller bottle in my jacket or day pack. You are correct. Bear spray is not as potent as human pepper spray, however it has a much larger area of effect than a regular can of mace therefore very useful for a crowd situation. And even being weaker, I challenge you to spray some bear spray around you and not be deterred. I speak from experience, it SUCKS.

Figured this would be a good place to ask. What do you use to protect the body of your truck from scratches? Just came back from some offroading here in the south eastern US and I have some minor scratches from the trees that brushed up against the vehicle along the trail. The branches were unavoidable as the trails are very narrow. Love the videos!
@LastLineOfDefense4 жыл бұрын
I typically embrace the trail pinstripes - but on this truck specifically the entire thing has a 3M wrap that protects it.

Interesting... Our Jackery will still show 2watts pulling from our Dometic even when it not running. I presume this is the small amount of power to run the LED and CPU. Ours is also the CFX 35 so maybe the wifi pulls more energy? 🤷♂️

Ah could be, I didnt have the WiFi on, and it may just not pick up a 1 watt reading. It obviously uses a small amount of energy for the display, etc.
