Enjoyed the video! Nice storm, thank you for showing the contrast of both sides of the peninsula. I was on a multi day backpacking trip a few years ago, on the last day I woke up well before sunrise and started down the trail. After a few miles the trail rounded a mountain and in the valley I could see all the street lights of a small town. It had been three or four days since I saw civilization and this sight gave me pause. Your seen reminded me of that moment, thanks!

This was a great idea for a video Sam. I think all camping KZbinrs should go to your little sand bar and burn what makes it beautiful for the sake of making a video. Sam, I know you're only a youtuber but going into the woods and going to the end of a small wooded peninsula are two different things. The idea hear is to make it look like you were never present. Burning the landscape is leaving a footprint!

Another great video. Something I JUST started doing with my guy lines, I tie my taught line hitch TO the tarp tie outs, then I tie the tag end to a tree or stake. That way if I have to tighten the line, I don’t have to go all the way to the tree. And I leave these tied to my tarp….never have to retie them.

I lived in Lima Ohio for 6 years. It was a stinky refinery town. I love mac n cheese with tuna. Every time I bring it to work everyone gets grossed out but it's so good.
