I have always loved your channel. Long time Subscriber. Disabled Vet and single dad here. I bought a truck similar to yours, 2013 F150 Ecoboost, a few years back and started to deck it out. Started with the TopperExLift Weekender package. Have a bunch more mods to install still. Always been an avid camper but started going out much more after I purchased that truck. All of your videos have been a great pleasure to watch and I've learned a ton about things. Much of my favorites being your cooking gourmet style meals in videos. I'm ex culinary with classical training. If you're ever in the E. Washington area, I'd love to join you on an Excursion. Maybe to the top of Calispel Peak in Eastern Wa. Some BEAUTIFUL views! I watch truckhouse life. Timmy has a little wood cabin on his Ford 350...lives in Alaska. Anyway his little truck cabin has a small wood heater. He starts his fires with a small hand held propane torch. You might consider that

Awesome fish! If you have the time, here is a tip to get your meat really brown and flavorful in an Instant Pot ( you may already know this and you were just in a hurry): Do the meat in batches, without anything else,leaving space in between, otherwise the meat will steam instead of browning. Oil or fat in the pot, then meat chunks, 5 minutes on each side (no stirring), remove and do the next batch of meat. The flavor of the final dish is through the roof, so it's worth the extra time, if you have it. Even without that technique, that curry looks amazeballs!

A little tip, if you want to bump your curry up to the next level, get some Japanese curry powder. When browning the meat, you can season the meat with the curry powder. It is the same brand as the Golden Curry you had there. It comes in a small red can. Golden Curry is the best. Others use apple and have a sweet taste for some reason.

Hey Mav! I highly recommend the bay of Naples in Italy for NYE. It is non-stop fireworks for hours as far as you can see and there is so much history in Naples. One of the best trips of my life.
