Unfortunately no one needs to watch your videos until they NEED to watch your videos. thank you for taking the time to post them for us truckers. you are really the ONLY lawyer who directly addresses issues faced by us drivers. One subject I would like to throw out there is the difference between self insured work comp and state BWC claims. My employer is self insured and after my injury by another driver who rear ended me while on his cell phone, I have been treated as a liar and a criminal. I did lawyer up so I at least have that. I think though that there is a difference between self insured and state BWC and would like a clear explanation if possible. I believe other drivers would like to know also.
