Army vet '81-'91. Truck blown over by a microburst 7/22/18. L1 vertibrae was fractured. Surgeon installed two rods to keep my spine aligned. Now I have neuropathy in my lower back, pelvic area, right leg, right foot foot, and left foot. Still receiving TTD checks almost two years later. Going back to court later this month. 'I suffered severe workplace injury' - " Even though 2 X-Rays identified "Possible Spinal Fractures" WCB denied physicians requests for specialist appointment because in Canada "ONLY" a specialist has the privilege to order MRI scans. So the Workers Comp Board just denies physicians requests for MRI or Specialist appointment; - "God Help any Canadian Injured worker" because "Everything and ANYTHING is deliberately used by workers comp employees / contract Doctors, to "Contain Costs" to Workers Compensation 'This includes "Deliberate Fraud / Falsification of injured worker medical information" -

US Army. I was approved for bilateral knee replacement after my case was denied 2 years ago. My lawyer sent in a demand letter letter but never told me my case value or demand letter value. You said the AWW is an important component, but I thought that every state had a cap no matter how much money you make. Like California is $290.00 for the upper end. So which is which?

Great videos, what do you do when the insurance company gives you minimal treatment, send you are getting worse. My arm has been numb for a year, I haven't seen a specialist at all. I haven been "treating" for almost year and a half, they do not pay workers comp. The doctor writes sedentary work, all but disabling me from work, so I can't collect benefits. I supposedly gave the best lawyer in South Jersey , I can't tell...
