Not gonna lie I think the powered by apocalypse engine would work nicely for this AI set up. Essentially its made for more narrative game play, then anything, everything pretty much boils down to specific moves, 2d6 dice roll. 10+ you do it without issue/have bonuses etc. 7-9 you do it at a cost 6- you failed. It also allows custom moves pretty easily that adapt same system.

My headcanon is that these are clones of the actual people, set into a simulation to see whom is the ultimate adventurer. Wizard Doug Doug will use this knowledge to determine whom he should contact for a potential quest in the future (All-Star Session Perhaps?)

@@aldonover7254 Plausibele but I do see 1 potential small problem with this. There is chance that what I am about to say really never happened. But I find it highly unlikely that Creamy never was wounded up to 1 health before this adventure. Meaning he should have known about the gun. Most likely Noodles would have tried flying before meaning the disaster in the first scenario wouldn't have occured. Yes technically the information could have been erased frim the clones but it is a very specific piece of information to have been removed. Also if it was a simulation the bosses would have been better. I doubt if you want to find the best party a boss that literally just throws himself in the lava and a pacifist boss wouldn't be great to use. Yes it could be explained with an error in the simulation (or just a beta test). But most likely the data would be invalid and deleted meaning this run shouldn't excist. And what are the chances of 3 people that have their lives entwined (in the past) would all be picked? That a snowman would be tested in areas that technically aren't suited for him? It at least looked to hot for him. All small chances in my opinion. (And yes I know I am over thinking this).

I'm still watching, I'm at 3:56:00 right now where you have an ongoing issue with opacity being hardcoded into Adobe shortcuts. If you haven't solved this yet (I realize this is months old, and maybe you solve it in the video I haven't finished yet), you can always use something like autohotkey to rebind your numpad keys into extended F keys like F13-F24, then use those as your hotkeys for your AI. I don't think those keys would conflict with anything, and you would be able to just use your numpad as normal.

How do you get around token limits? I use a similar system to store what moves where used last in my games with AI but I quickly hit the token limit when I add that to the prompt. I use a workaround to only use the last couple instead of everything but if there’s a better way I would love to know.

Happened for me too and thought it was my internet connection, but it seems to be a weird video encoding issue. It works in 720p and you can switch back to 1080p some 5 stream minutes later or so.

this happend for me at two different timestamps. The first time I closed youtube and shut down my pc to continue watching the next day. It worked up until the next timestamp. then I just closed youtube and watched this on my phone instead. On mobile everything worked perfectly fine.
