The debuff is temporary so it’s no way near the buff you get from 10 stacks 😄

Red sword doesn't give speed but it give damage so blue sword for speed

For normal and rare hero you will just have to play for a long time. Epic heros are very hard to get to a decent level if you dont spend money at all and legendary heros like Zeus are extremely expensive and nearly impossible to get without spending money unfortunately 😥
