Can a Mobile Home Park Take Your Mobile Home?

I'm curious if you know anyone in Las Vegas that helps people here the same way you do. Our community manager doesn't allow partial payments, and my husband owns the trailer, but we've been living in fear of losing our mobile home to property management for two years now. They only go two months unpaid and never allow partial payments. My husband is disabled too and they don't care about putting families on the streets. They never want to work with us and then complain about our trailer. They've also made us pay for things like landscaping and removal of fences that have been here since we bought the trailer. We had to pay for a new HVAC May 2023, and I'm about ready to be done with the whole thing. It's a 1981 Skyline 14ftx66ft, and I have family that has property in Golden Valley. I'm about ready to move it. 😢
