HOLY COW! I've been looking for a fix for my 2014 Commander 1000XT for 8 years now, this is freaking AWESOME!!!! So simple to do and yet looks so effective. Can not wait to give this a try and see if it does the trick on mine. Thanks for posting this video!!!!!!!!!!!

Good tip. Did this to my 2012 Commander. Much easier for shifting during snow clearing.

Did this mod today . Used a hacksaw blade and a flat file . Works fantastic.

Cool man great tip. I just bought a 2019 outlander max two up and its hard to shift as well. You would think Can am would have figured this out by now. Mine only notches by neutral maybe its my linkage.

Will this work on the Outlander ATV ??? My 2005 400cc has always been very hard to shift since almost new !!. And when in a bind, Like in the mud or on a steep hill, It's IMPOSSIBLE to shift !! I've broken the shifter before and had to reweld it !!.
