Can Am Outlander 20" LED light bar install

+GunnyE9 I couldn't agree more Gunny, LED light bars or lights in general are a must if you ride at night a lot. It makes so much of a difference. It gets dark around 5pm for us now so needless to say the majority of our riding is at night. But boy do i wish i would have installed this sooner. Don't get me wrong, the stock Outlander lights do work fairly good, but this is a game changer imo. It actually makes riding at night a pleasure and much more worry free. Now i just need a small 4" led cube light for reversing and general lighting.

+quaddingsous Thanks for watching Q! If you do a lot of night riding, i really recommend installing a light bar. The difference is literally night and day. ;-) Makes you realized just how weak the stock headlights are (which i thought weren't too bad compared to other quads)

I have the same exact wheeler. I found a curved one that is 22" long. I think the curved will work good putting mine in the same place you did!!

I like the new Baja Designs lights I got from Canam better. Replaces the high beams and they are bright! Beats mounting an ugly brick on the front of the machine or messing with the wiring. Canam kit is plug n play... new this year.

Did you paint the center piece on your radiator relocate black, or did you buy one? If so where did you buy it from or if painted what kind of paint did you use? The stock Brp radiator relocates comes with the center piece silver and I'm not sure if I like it.

I completely agree. Don't know why brp made the centre piece silver. That's why I painted it Black using spray bed liner. Very durable stuff.

did the clamps come with the bar to attach to the front bumper? every led bar i find doesn't have that, only a bolt on option

No, clamps don't come with the light bar, but they are easy to find at any hardware store. Its called a Hose Clamp. Works great!

hey when you got that new switch how do you hook it up cause why is there 3 wires off the factory switch. i went and bought a toggle swtich but only has two hook ups?

How did the hose clamps hold out on the trail?

+PRossford Surprisingly the hose clamps have been holding just fine for all trail use and abuse. They haven't budge at all! Very impressed with how they are holding up, i'm not even going to bother bolted them down. Only thing i would suggest is replacing the crappy "interior" light switch with a waterproof switch. My original switch burned out after 2 rides....Thanks for watching.
