It's definately possible to guess their nationality just from their appearance. At my first glance, just from A's makeup, I was like she 100% has to be Korean. As a Chinese male who don't much about makeup, I don't know how to describe, but there certainly is a discernable difference. C's clothing appears to be more on the Japanese side, which made me think she's Japanese. B and C's makeup both look kind of Chinese to me, and the clothing style of both A and B could be Chinese.

Actually the reading part was different. For the Korean person, they held the book at the bottom of the spine and the other hand to flip the pages ,while for China, you hold the book on the opposite sides and slightly move the thumb to let the pages flip
Ok, at 4:10, I can already tell by the way they eat their noodles. A is Korean because she uses the spoon. B is Chinese because Chinese also pick up their bowls as a polite way to eat. I am trained in China by my parents to eat with bowls in my hands or it won’t be polite. So C is Japanese by the way she would say “itadakimasu” with her hands.

I feel like I remember something with the way Japanese eat their noodles, they try not to "cut off" the noodle? So like, they try to keep the entire length of the noodle intact because it represents having a long life? I don't know if I'm remembering totally wrong or if what I heard is even accurate, but to me that was a difference I saw between how B and C were eating. B bit off the noodles at a certain point, whereas C used her chopsticks to gather up the whole noodle. Does anyone know if this is correct or maybe is it old fashioned or something? Idk.
