Just like many of your stories people said dogs don't have spirits. So when my dog was very sick I asked GOD for a word to pray over my dog. I knew if GOD gave me a Word he would heal my dog. It was from the book of Genesis. Me paraphrasing "He saw what he created and called it GOOD." So I held on to that and sure enough my dog was healed. I know GOD loves his creation and so if he healed my dog and loves his creation, I personally believed I would have all of my dogs in heaven. I have a lot. LOL. I see GOD's character in his creation. Recently, I was in the hospital and I prophesied to a nurse that the Father loved her with an everlasting love. "In fact," I said, "He loves you more than you love your dog. If you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, He will come into your heart, give you eternal life, and forgive all of your sins. When you die, you will go straight to Heaven and your dog will be waiting for you there!" I was amazed because I have never been led to give a prophetic word like that before!

After our golden passed away in our home. My children and I sat around the table and I said let’s close our eyes and see if God wants to show us what our dog is doing right now. My daughter began to say what she was seeing in the spirit and she seen our dog in the river with Jesus and the throne above. My mouth dropped as I was seeing the same thing she was describing. My son saw other animals that had passes that were with her. That brought comfort to us. We know that she was a gift and the Lord has her now.

We also see them in the end that we will all live with all the animals in harmony…The lion with the cobra etc

I know beyond a shadow of doubt that animals go to heaven. God regards even the sparrows. I lost my boxer, Skye, to lung cancer at 6yrs old. God put that sweet girl in my life to teach me of his love for me. I was a hard, hard man before Skye, and that wonderful 6 years God blessed me with that dog changed me in such a profound way. God used that dog to soften my heart and teach me how to love. God used her to lead me to get saved and I am so very grateful for God's love.

When my beloved Maine Coon Cat Macavity became too ill at the age of 17, I made the heart-wrenching decision to put him to sleep. I sat in the vet's office, weeping as we prepared for his final passage when I was given the vision of Jesus holding Macavity in His arms, promising He would hold him for me until I too came home. To this day I miss him...but I know now he is waiting for me, being held in Jesus' loving arms.

Thank you so much for this message. I used to be a dog trainer too, that’s just so amazing to me. I’m an avid animal lover, but not to exclude people. When my last dog passed in 2014 we had been separated for several months because I was living in a VA homeless shelter. I would see her on weekends and didn’t realize that when I would leave she mourned my absence and it eventually affected her health. My beautiful 8 year old Katie waited for me to get there and spend one last evening with her. The next morning she had a vet appointment at 9am. I woke up at 7:30am. She lifted her head and couldn’t keep it still, her pleading eyes were fixed on mine, she didn’t want to leave. I called the lady who was caring for her and she said to get her over to the vet immediately, but something inside told me to stay with her. I put my hands under her chin to steady her head. We looked into each other’s eyes,?we prayed together and I loved on her. I don’t know where this came from, but I said “mommy’s going to be ok,?you do what you have to do.” She took one final breath and passed with me still holding her head. I just stared in disbelief, wanting so much to take back those words. But she had done exactly what I said. She was all I had left in the world at that time, she had suffered waiting for me, the least I could do was to give her permission to end her suffering. Over the next several days and weeks,?Jesus let me see her with him,?and that’s when I knew for sure that our beloved pets go to heaven. Not only did he let me see her, but eventually my other dogs that had passed on before her started showing up. What an amazing God we have, his heart is so kind, and I got to see my beloved Katie again and dogs I hadn’t seen in years. Thank you for sharing this message and for allowing me to share this story of love and triumph. God bless you

Hi Shawn, I just played this video while sitting with my bunny, Charlie, who’s been sick, not eating, and lethargic all day. Rabbits have very sensitive digestive tracts and die fairly easily if not treated. I’d been praying for her all day but 5 minutes into this video she jumped up and started eating her hay and hasn’t stopped! She got healed just listening to this video 😭 Jesus is so good and funny!

Thank you for sharing this Shawn. I had a pet lizard for 8 years and he was like a dog following me around the house, wanting attention and affection. He came into my life around the time I lost both my parents suddenly. I had to get him put down recently because he was sick . God healed him one night while we listened to Benny Hinn worship service but the sickness returned some time later. I knew he would go to heaven,I even prayed with him,told him I loved him and explained to him what was going to happen. He began to cry and put his head on my lap ,it was him saying goodbye to me, I'm crying as I think about him now.. This may sound ridiculous to some people but I am fully convinced that I will see him again in heaven,in my mansion that Jesus is preparing.

God healed a tumor on my golden retriever when he was 7. The vet sent me to a specialist who tested it and it was incomplete but recommended surgery but would be $4000 which I didn’t have but I couldn’t let the dog go it’s our family pet and was getting a lot of grief from family and friends. I took the dog to the specialist for surgery, the techs prepped the dog put him under and when the vet began, NO tumor!! God had healed him! I got a phone call and they were just amazed! They did end up charging me for the sedation, but my dog was healthy and is still doing well at 12 years old! My 4 kids faith grew exponentially and I have a testimony! God truly is aware of the things that concern is big or small, including our pets!! Believing for endangered specifies that I pray for also.

I adopted a dog years ago from a shelter. This dog was displaying all the signs that say not to adopt this dog! When i pointed this out to the shelter owner she said, you can have him for 5 dollars with a 2 week money back guarantee. Of course i kept this wonderful dog who needed so much healing. It took months before i could talk above a whisper around him and months before his tail would wag. Eventually he was a normal healthly tail wagging dog. He's waiting for my arrival in Heaven♥️

Thank you for this! My 20 & 1/2 yr old cat fell off the upstairs balcony Oct. 9th & broke her back & was convulsing. I had to immediately take her to be put down. It was one of the worst experiences ever. That same day my neighbor gifted me with her 7 yr old seal point Himalayan that she couldn’t take care of anymore. I always wanted a Himalayan! She’s absolutely beautiful & so sweet! It got my focus off of the tragedy and has been so comforting. God is so wonderful!

But earlier today, father God gave me a vision while I was doing my devo's! I had a doggy that I’m absolutely certain that God brought into my life at a very difficult time, as a gift. He was such a special little guy, perfect in every way. He died about three years ago and I still miss and grieve him (even crying now as I type this). He was an English staffy, called Mojo who lived nearly 17 years. God brought a little wild bird into my life. When it was time to set Him free. He would come back everyday for months. Until He stoped, then I prayed for his return. When he did that same day. God told me to pray that same desperate prayer for my children to come back. And they did And are, praise the Lord

I lost my pug a few days ago. I had him for almost ten years and he was 13.5 years old. He was with me through a very tough season as well and it was hard to say goodbye. God sent me a rainbow on my drive home after he passed away. It was so difficult but I am comforted that he is in heaven with my other dogs and I will see him again.

Love this. I am a dog groomer. I get the opportunity to pray for the dogs that are ill while I groom them. Sometimes owners tell me about things they or other family members are going through, and I pray for them and use the pup as a point of contact.

My Billy Button Boy tragically passed away 1.5 years ago and in my grief, God told me that He makes everything New and that He was with Him in heaven and that Billy was well!! I have also seen God heal other cats through my prayers. God loves animals as they are part of His creation, and they give Him Glory and also praise him. Animals are used right throughout the Bible for His purposes. I can't wait to see my loved pets in heaven again!! Unfortunately, I often feel much closer to my pets than I do humans. I love that you mentioned 'theological discussion'. Kat Kerr said pets go to Heaven because the Father knows we love them and that's it's not up for theological discussion. This is a great video as a survey on what people would ask about Heaven showed that the majority of questions about Heaven was whether people's pets would be there as they mean so much to people. God is amazing!

Thank You for these encouraging words. I recently had to put my kitty Tiggy to sleep and his sister Autum has been restless and anxious ever since. They were together for 14 years. She goes room to room and cries out and will avoid his blankets that she too used to sleep on. I have asked St Francis of Assisi to comfort us and to let Tiggy know it is okay to cross over. I feel his spirit is also restless because of his love for us. I pray each day for peace and I let God know the gratitude I have in my heart that Tiggy was a part of my life in a season of darkness for me. (Well said Pastor Bolz.} I look forward to the day that I will be reunited in Heaven with all the animals that cared for me {and I them} both of us healthy, happy and safe. Amen.

A few years ago my cat that I rescued from my neighborhood unexpectantly died of a tumor. I only had her 4 years. I was so grieved by her loss. I went online to try and get another tabby cat from an pet adoption agency. I specifically asked for a female tabby cat around 2-4 years old. For weeks I got responses that said they had none with what I had inquired about. One day a tabby female kitten came to my patio. I began to feed her and a few days later took her into my apartment. The vet said shes's around a year old. She adjusted easily being she's ferral. I knew without a doubt the lord sent her to me. She is affectionate and sweet. I named her Callie. She often looks above my head when Im sitting down and I see her eyes roaming from side to side. I know shes seeing my angels.

Thank you so much for this Shawn! My sweet Sunshine passed away August 6 of this year. She was half Lab and half Samoyed and touched so many lives. She was kind, loving, and nurturing to everything that lived. She came into my life when my health was failing me and was more than I could've prayed for. God gave me things in her that I didn't even think to ask for. As my health got better, hers started to fail. I prayed that God wouldn't let her suffer as she had been my service dog and given enough. She developed a very aggressive form of cancer and was gone within a week. I have missed her so much. There are times when I think I see her (I'm a seer) in heaven playing with my Golden Retriever who passed before I got her and waiting for me to get there. This is confirmation that what I'm seeing may be truth. ❤

Awww I love this. I remember when I first got my dog, I didn’t care I made a prayer for him and gave him to Christ. I remember doing this with a childhood friend at 12. Now I’m 28 and my dog, an elder, is still alive. He is blind but doesn’t have any major illnesses. Still going strong. This motivates me to pray for my dog and for him to leave earth peacefully! When our family cat passed away from cancer I saw an angel come and pick him up and bring him to heaven I told my children that Ginger was in heaven and that God sent an angel to bring him there and they were very happy they would see him again, I wasn't sure our pets went to heaven but after I saw this I knew for sure they did and God cares for everything we care about.

I know that our pets are in Heaven. Quite a few people have seen them there and it touches my heart to know God loves as that much. One time, I was worrying and fretting over my kids who don't follow the Lord right now and God spoke the nickname he calls me and said, "Mayzee, if I love you enough to bring your pets to Heaven, how much more will I concern myself with your loved ones?" Thank you so much for putting out this vid- I lost my little 16 1/2 yr old dog Shiloh (my thumbnail pic is of her) Monday morning (11/11/2019) at around 130 am due time cardiac arrest. My heart is just devastated. I’ve struggled for years asking God to please show me HIS truth regarding our pets in heaven. I had prayed that when the time comes for her to pass, please don’t make me have to make the decision to put her down and please let me be with her. God is so loving and gracious, he answered that prayer Monday morning. I didn’t have to make “the decision “ and I got to be with her holding her as she passed. My heart is so broken right now. I’ve been searching vids all day today to try and find something that could give me hope my baby is in heaven and I came across your video. I know my daughter who goes to heaven has seen our dog Haley that we lost 4 years ago. It was her first pet that she truly loves. Our 15-year-old Yorkie is struggling after a recent ProHeart-6 injection which I regret getting for him. The vet wants to do all sorts of things and keep him at the animal hospital. I don't have peace about that and it's a lot of money, so my husband and I have prayed. He's started eating again and seems to be at peace! I had a dog named Max and he was a mixed mutt who wondered off the streets one day right into our kitchen. We immediately bonded with one another. However, Max’s downfall was cars. He loved to chase them and for years we managed to keep him from doing it but one day he got out and that was the day he went to heaven. Our beautiful border collie lived for seventeen and half years (my husband asked The Lord to let her get to seventeen). As a family we loved her so much and missed her terribly when she went. (Which was January of 2019). Of course she’s in heaven. Why wouldn’t God give us eternity with pets that have meant so much to us on earth. If He is building a home a home for us in heaven I know us animal lovers would rather live in a tent surrounded by our beloved pets than a grand mansion without them. God is good and generous. Oh my. I sooo needed this right now. My Rose is still alive and I love her... She does have a tumor and now I am going to pray more that it goes away! Why I needed this was that for the past few days, I have had this man in our house that I knew had to leave. He made himself out to be some missionary and over the top Godly man.... He recently married this woman whom he hardly knew and then she was in the house too! - It was just so disturbing and weird, but he was always trying to say how wonderful, etc. He was over the top controlling, but so pious sounding and going around praying all the time! I told him that he had to leave, just as my husband took off for a few day trip. He kept trying to manipulate me by saying God told him this or that to get me to let him stay. I just knew I was meant to stand firm. I told him that I would give him $100 for a hotel (hotels in this town are cheaper than that...) He kept trying to prolong his stay and started to read to me out of some book for at least 10 minutes then some Bible - all very trying to condemn me now that I told him to leave... Then he would say that we were good and say that we had a good talk... It was so bizarre! However, I can see how if you were not firm in your relationship with Jesus, having someone like this man sound so pious and tell you God said this or that, you could easily be manipulated by him! He was scary. Today, as the time set for his departure drew closer, he began to start telling me that some picture, etc. was demonic and I shouldn't have it in my house and that that was why God sent him to my house (He had been in transition and needed some place to go, so I thought he could dog sit for us while we left for a few days to a prayer conference - supposedly he was very 'holy'... when we got back, he stayed... long story) So, it went from he told me that we were on good graces, to where he was cursing me when I wouldn't do what he wanted and allow him to stay in our house!!! He said he was an apostle and many other things about how I needed to tell him everything I knew, yet he accused me of gossiping when I had go to another brother for advice! Really really weird... He ended up yelling and I said leave, bye and he left.. That was the closest I have come to a demonic experience and it left me shaken... However, I stood firm and he left!!! I went around the house praying and commanding anything not of the Lord to leave, pleading the blood in Jesus's name. I am still shaken, but my dog was such a comfort and a love. I was asking the Lord what was that all about and what I needed to learn and loving on my dog! Then I listen to this! Oh my! I so needed to hear this now! Thank you Shawn Bolz!

I can sooooo relate to this. I had to put my beloved Golden Retriever down in April. God extended her life from the age of 8 to 13 and 1/2 because of prayer and the Lord's love for me. It was massively hard to put her down, but I had a peace about it because I knew God had her. :)

Wow!!! Thanks for sharing Shawn! I was at Hrock when you gave that word to the couple. This segment really touched me today and God used it to speak me about our son's dog Marty Mcfly. I didn't want take this dog in years ago when my kids were living at home because I knew that I'd end up taking care of him. Although I love dogs I didn't want to be tied down. But Marty has been a God send. God healed marty as he appeared to be dying after being hit by a car a few years ago just after midnight Christmas morning. I saw the car hit him and he flew about 20 feet. I brought him to our porch and my wife and I got on our knees and prayed for him as his body which appeared to be bent in half and his eyes rolling back slowly straightened out after we callled on the Lord to heal him. My son VJ took him to emergency dog doc and after a few hours the doc came out and said that nothing was wrong with him. But What is even more powerful is how Marty was by my son's side comforting him so much during his last year of life in 2017 as his heart was failing from failing childhood life saving surgeries. Our son VJ passed on Dec 3rd, 2017 UCLA hospital 4 days after a 16hr heart surgery as they attempted to fix his heart. Marty Mcfly and my son's Fiance moved in with us after this and Guess what.... As I predicted.... I now take care of Marty Mcfly. But Oh, I wouldn't have it any other way... as I feel as I am carring for him for my son and loving my son each day! I just about to take him on a bike ride this morning. Thanks again for sharing as I can see Gods hand in us getting Marty and I am looking forward for the day when he an us can meet up with my son again.

I was reading Ecclesiastes one day and realized that yes, animals have spirits, and no, people can't say where that spirit goes when the animal dies. Ecclesiastes 3:21 ESV "Who knows whether the spirit of man goes upward and the spirit of the beast goes down into the earth?" I realized that anyone who says dogs don't go to heaven hasn't read their Bible, because it says people don't know. Thanks for your stories. The more I learn about these amazing creatures, the more I'm convinced of their divine purpose in our lives. And that our two Goldens still come visit us, and love to chase the coyotes around our land from time to time. (I can hear them bark)

She has been with me through my education battles to become a lawyer, losing my Dad and a child, going through chronic illness, raising my kids. This cat has been more like a dog and so sweet and attentive and loving. She was diagnosed with only a few months to live and even with surgery she might only have another year. Like you Shawn I prayed and asked God to extend her life. That was almost a year ago and we have had a great year and she’s been doing well despite still having the visible tumor that’s been growing worse. However it is nearly her time and we will be putting her down in a few days. This reassurance from you of what I already hoped/suspected in my heart that the animals we love dearly will be part of our eternal home is so so deeply appreciated. Thank you.

After losing my baby at 32wks, stillborn ...it was about 3mo later and I felt the desire to get another dog. She was supposed to be a chihuahua, when I arrived to meet her she was also half Jack Russell. Which to be honest was my least fav because they are so crazy with energy. I brought her home, I was her 4th home and she was only 12wks old. Little did I know, the very next morning I got a call my brother had drowned. I thank God He placed us together. It was because of her I had to get up and live each day. She had so much energy and needed so much attention it kept my focus off my mourning. Losing my baby and brother, was almost incomprehensible. She is 7yrs old and almost daily I look at her and say “we thank you Jesus for giving us each other”. I’ve always known she was a gift. God is so good ❤️

I remember having to fast because I didn't have any money for dinner that night. But how was I suppose to tell my dog to fast too? I wept as I was making my way home that night asking the Lord to help my dog MaPrao to fast (he loves his food). On my way home that evening, a vendor from the night market by my house handed me a packet of chicken fried rice and 2 pieces of fried chicken. I was so moved knowing that God was in control of my situation as it was a season when God was teaching me to look to Him alone to meet my needs, not to men. He will provide somehow, all I had to do was to trust in Him. Taught me a valuable lesson - He loves MaPrao too and He appreciates my love for MaPrao. Being faithful to MaPrao and loving him is the same as being responsible in loving the gift that God gives me. And God uses that to test my faithfulness in the things that he blesses me with. I know without a doubt that MaPrao will be with me in Heaven because Jesus says, you have not because you asked not. Whether if a dog's soul can be saved or not, we may not know except that nothing is impossible with God. So start asking and receiving your request in Jesus Name. MaPrao is, after all, a part of my family - "Believe in the Lord and you shall be saved, and thy household.' !? ;-)

This was so beautiful. I lost my dachshund Roxie less then a year after my mom died. I miss that girl so much. She was a rescue and had her issues but I know she loved me so much. Roxie died of liver failure. This gives me hope I will see her again someday.

i can't thank you enough for posting this. My beloved Colbert has had two surgeries for a spindle cell cancer, slow growing but highly likely to return. His last surgery was 3 years ago, and just recently the lump has come back. He's a 12 1/2 black lab and one of the most unique characters. He is my favorite of all time . I found so much LIFE in this video and a lot of HOPE. Even though i have said that they are eternal, the lump returning rocked me and I needed the reminder.

I am so glad to hear these strories which confirm to me that animals are part of a blessing, my lovely cat was purposed for me by God to be my friend through some hard years, she was there when my kids were born, she was there for me when i was sad and lonely, she has a purpose, we are connected in a strange way, she is still here but not well, she has been brought up from claws of death twice and once by angel back home, when she got lost. Some interesting testimonies.. i asked God to keep her in my heavenly home when she leaves the earth, i am indoubtedly positive that God is such a Love, He cares so much about our hearts and all of His creation, that we will be amazed to find pets, fav treees, etc. waiting for us in heaven , as a part of inheritance, and joy will be complete. Thank you My Jesus.

I pray my Maxipoo is there. He was a comfort when my husband traveled and he was a protector over my children and I. Unfortunately he got ran over right before the worst time in my life and I did not have him when I moved out of country with my children and my husband in one country while I was in another. Divorce and so much more horrors happened after all this. The Lord God got me through, but I sure do miss my Max so much.

Thank you so much for the encouragement that I will see my little pal again. He was diagnosed with cancer and had surgery then a month or so I was diagnosed with cancer but while going thru chemo and radiation I took care of him so my mind wasn't on me but my little boy. The cancer did metastasize in him but I'm grateful to God for 2 more good years with my pal. Thank you for sharing your story.

Thank you shawn, my wife and me have been truly heartbroken since April this year, having to let go of our gorgeous amazing dog Bow who had two large tumours. For 12 yrs He gave us so much love back in return for a wonderful life with him. Last week whilst weeping my heart out once again broken missing my special boy, I said to the Lord I dont think I can bare to never see my bow ever again, Father would you gracefully and lovingly give him back to me some day? I never felt as though i received an answer from Father but have held onto HOPE in my heart that one day my Father would give Bow back to me and now I received your message shawn in my feed. My aunt sent me this link. I’m in what I have believed all day is the last one for our just barely 2 year old cat Salem. He is the sweetest, gentlest little soul. Thank you for stating so simply something I’ve always just known to be true. I don’t hold out any realistic expectation that he will be miraculously healed but many of us in my family have prayed for that over the last week. Although I’d like nothing better than such a testimony of Psalm 118:17… thank you for sharing this video with us.

When I had totally turned all of me to our Lord and my love for Him was in a very personal relationship, He healed without me asking. We had a lovely fur family member named Sheila. She was big mainly outside, except at night. One day I was sitting petting her and I felt a lump by her neck. We immediately took her to a new vet near our new home. They drained the fluid out of it and said they would call and let us know if it was cancerous or not. Later that day they called and said, it was not. We were very happy. The next day I went to pet her again and the lump was back. I contacted the vet, the vet said she would need surgery, they needed to bring a surgeon in and would let me know how much it would cost. The called back, $700.00, in those days, it was like several thousand. We were raising a family, didn't have credit cards... and they didn't take payments. We could not afford to take her to the vet everyday to get it drained. It would have cost $250 a week, didn't have that either. So, I cried and cried...I knew she needed the surgery. I sat down with her and started praying to God. I asked Him if He would help us find someone that would take her that could afford to pay for the surgery, so this problem she was having wouldn't develop into something more serious. I knew I had to give her up to save her life. I told God, I couldn't any promises Him, I would be afraid to fail Him.The next morning, I went out by Sheila again and was petting her. The lump was gone! I tried feeling if it had just gotten smaller, leaked out, nothing there, nothing wet, sticky. Nothing! Praise God!!! It never came back. Sheila lived three years longer then the breeds was top age limit. She died very painless and peaceful. Her heart slowly stopped. I know I will see her, again, and all my other furry family members that have gone on before me that I loved so much. Praise God for His awesome mercy and grace. This was the first thing I had asked Him for when I was sharing all of my life with Him. I asked Him to find someone that would love her...He did and I didn't have to give her up. We have a MIGHTY MIGHTY FATHER.

Jax was a puppy, who was in the woods, cane running to our house smiling. Someone had dropped this puppy off and left him. We had Jax, jack russell for two years, he was ran over by my nephew on a motorcycle. We have been crying for the last two months. Yes, I ask the question, does dogs go to heaven. He was our heart! We have been going to the pound to find a rescue but I leave crying because so many dogs there wanting to be loved, but I have not let go of the pain of jax! Thank you for this video!

Such a cool video Shawn! I recently went to a vineyard conference and this guy prayed for me and said 25 + 25, then I went out to the dinning room 5 minutes later and a prophetic friend Ann said to she had seen the number 25 and 80 across a plate and felt that as the plate was unwrapped I would marvel at what God would do. Well I have just turned 55 and have walked through 2 acute leukaemias. The second was caused by the chemotherapy for the first. 80 - 25 = 55. 25 + 25. I felt like god was affirming the next 25 years of my life and that I would marvel at what he would do. A speaker at the conference Gary Best got us to reflect on what God had done and it was 25 years ago that I had this profound experience where I felt the lord touch me and speak this word that he had place a plum line that ran from my heart through to heaven. This same word was spoken 2 more times during treatment for the ALL and AML leukaemia. Ive also had BRC42 BRC911 and BRC55 but that’s another confirmation...god is so good!

I really believe everything shared so when I ask the following questions, I don't ask out of doubt or offense, but simply because I want to know. What about other animals that are not pets? Do wild animals have an afterlife? What about more basic animals like fish or insects? Does a mosquito have an afterlife? What abut plants and trees? What about bacteria? So many questions this really stretches me in a good way.

Man I pray that I get to see my pets in heaven. I've heard that they don't according to the Bible but I'm open to God and I would love to see my basset hound, mix chow, and cat. Not a day goes by where I don't think about them and they brought my family joy and what a day it would be to see them again if God permits it.

Patrick Neal The Bible doesn’t say that animals don’t go to Heaven, but many scriptures do allude to the fact that they do, The Bible deals with salvation for humans and their need for a saviour, but animals are innocent and can go straight there. They do have souls, although different to ours and God has also breathed His Spirit into them.
