Can benign parotid tumors come back? | Causes and treatment

My surgery biopsy saying, Left parotid gland tumor necrotising granulomatous inflammation consistent with mycobacterial etiology. Will this come back again? What might be the cause I was affected? I had a chewing tobacco addiction, still I'm using.it might be the cause? It's been two years still scaring me every day, everytime whenever I having sore libs , throat pain or neck pain I'm scaring 😢.
