What are your thoughts on Micro Greens from Trader Joe. Each of the vegetables seem to be good, but I tend to swell up every time I eat them. Could there be lectins due to not being fully ripe. Thank you.

Thank you for these links Dr. Gundry. I bought your Plant Paradox book and reference it often. I don't feel I am lectin intolerant but not sure what symptoms I would get if I were. I don't eat meat, fish or poultry, never have. I am veggie, fruits, plant based protein, nuts, basmati rice eater. Black seed oil daily. BSF Biosuperfood taker. D3, SYSTOLEX which is Hawthorne olive leaf and others together.....occasional eggs. Dark chocolate, no dairy.... all my life really. 10 percent of the time I stray a bit but not any more than that.

My mom is brca1 triple negative and had breast cancer. All her cousins and mother had it as well, and did chemo and radiation and all of them came back two and three times and most didn’t live through it. My mom didn’t not do chemo or radiation which the doctors highly recommended and tried scare tactics in an attempt to get her to do it but she prevailed and did not. She is now 8 years cancer free and thriving for natural methods.

There is polish women on you tube channel she is nurse at hospital and she made videos about her breast cancer. She having chemotherapy and she was saying that she eat sweets and salty foods, because the chemo side effects make her taste diffrent-she was also eaten healthy foods, but never go off the "junk food"- and today she is cancer free. I think the mental state play important role for healing, because this women stay always positive and I feel such a good energy from her every time I watch her. Peoples thinks that eating only nature based foods made them healthy, always young and immortal-but ages ago peoples dying much younger that now and they having clean water, not polluted air,all organic foods, the chicken, cows etc was on fresh air etc and they still dying at age 30 and catching diseases. All "junk" foods have they previous sources in nature-the key is moderation if we eat handful of grapes it may prevent us from cancer, but if we eat tons of grapes it will be bad for our insulin/pancreas due to high sugar content, the same is with junk food for example a one sweet can save someone life during hypoglicemia attack, but eating all packs of sweets can at least make you overweight

EPIC STUDY The study and its analysis is ongoing, but key results of the study retrieved in 2008 are: • Lowered sodium from salt intake, high potassium from fruit and vegetable consumption promote healthy blood pressure levels • High physical activity, involving some high impact activities is a good indicator of longevity and low risk of bone fractures • High dietary fibre protects against bowel cancer • Obesity increases a number of cancer risks • High levels of sex hormones increase risk of breast cancer • Increased fat intake increases the risk of breast cancer • Increases in eating fruit and vegetables reduces the risk from all causes of an early death • High blood glucose levels are associated with increased risk of heart disease • The combined impact of four behaviours - not smoking, being physically active, moderate alcohol intake and the consumption of at least five fruit and vegetable servings a day - was estimated to amount to 14 additional years of life (Khaw et al. 2008) Subsequent findings from 2012 and 2013 are: • Dietary flavonoid intake is associated with reduced gastric carcinoma risk in women but not men[2] • Regular consumption of processed meat increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases and death from cancer[3]

This is news to me and my whole family. We’ve had raw tomatoes in our salads and we don’t take the seeds out or peel the tomatoes even in cooking. The idea of doing that is so foreign and I’ve tried to peel a tomato and it’s almost impossible. Nobody in my family has ever had any problems with a tomato and it’s weird that he says it’s toxic because otherwise my whole family would be dead by now.

Hello Dr. Gundry. I just received four of your books today. I just orders your guess book an hour ago. Were you at Loma Linda hospital around 1985 with baby Fae? I seen on one of your KZbins that you said that you did a lot of babies and infant heart transplants baby Fae was my niece. I am currently going over your book on chapter 10 and trying to see about the cancer that I have just been diagnosed with. They want me to do chemo I'm not really enthused about taking those chemicals. the doctors refuse to talk to me about eating anything specific to help with the cancer Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. I am currently at least stage 3. Is there anything you could tell me other than just reading the books?

Reading books and from the internet has tremendously helped in my cancer knowledge and know-how. I was diagnosed recently with Esophageal cancer (Malignant Adenocarcinoma. ) What I have discovered there is quite many alternatives treatment for cancer. Example mistletoe, IVC, B17 (Amygladin), Artemisinin, Press & Pulse therapy from Prof Thomas Seyfried, Hyperbaric Oxygen or Hydrogen Therapy, enzymatic therapy, diet and Gerson and many many others. Do your research with due diligent. In wholistic therapy, there is no "one size fits all " Different cancer adopt a different strategy and treatment. You can even watch all those mentioned therapies from youtube. Personally, I am adopting the Artemisinin, B17, enzymatic from Dr. Arthur Andrew Lab a product called Neprinol, nutritional diet and brisk walking every day. I would love to have IVC, mistletoe and Press & Pulse therapy is because of the limited fund and geographical restriction. I am currently residing in Singapore. May God bless you!
