suggestion: can you beat R/B with a krabby with only HM moves and no HM slaves? krabby learns all HMs that are required for navigation, so it’ll be interesting to see how you deal with the limited movepool. the run will get much easier when you learn strength and surf i feel

And just for the added "Come on, for real?" at the very end... he makes it to Arcanine at full health, ready to tank an Extremespeed... and Arcanine doesn't use Extremespeed. Cool that MDB ended the fight at full health, but just the fact that the AI didn't use E-speed (probably BECAUSE of his high health), is hilarious.

The japanese name for Aerial Ace is "Swallow Return", it's just some samurai attack and doesnt have anything to do with being in the air or anything, that's how it learns the move.

Hey, i realized that you haven't done A gen 4 run in a bit, unless im mistaken. I figured a good pokemon for that might be drifloon. A somewhat stronger pokemon compared to what you usualy use, but its highest stat is hp, not the best for a solo pokemon run.

A bit off topic, but I wanna share a fun moveset I like to run on drifblim since I never get the chance and also to illustrate that people look down on it's offensive capabilities. Was my baby back in gen 7 when I was a 1650 in monotype. You can get loads of attack ivs if you grind at the 4 fighting trainers next to ember spa. I did with my dugtrio and was getting 4 attack points a level and it was a +speed nature, ideal for a physical attacker run and one of the best grinding spots I've seen in any game

In Kanto you need to use the Silph Scope or the Pokeflute so Kanto is impossible unless you use glitches

Super excited for the Smeargle run! I've been asking for that one for a long time :D Can't wait to see what strats you come up with. There;'s a ton of research you probably have to do though, since how the pokémon work. But man it's fun. I did one of those challenges for myself a long time ago. You can do some very creative stuff even in Gold/Silver. Would recommend doing it again in HeartGold/SoulSilver since there's even more move variety.

@@sonicboom2468 As MDB noted in his first Oblivion run, there’s a loophole that allows a level one run to happen. The main problem lies in the level 50 you have to beat in order to do it. She has mostly maxed out everything, but beating her is the road to a level one run. I mainly wanna see how he approaches that challenge.

Here's an out-of-the-box suggestion for you. Can you beat Gen 4 with a single Regigigas? On the face of it, it seems easy - it's a legendary - but it is legendarily the *worst* legendary, and all its great stats are halved for the first three turns of a fight. Meaning you might actually go down more often than you'd expect with no other Pokemon to rely on.

Love the videos and also i wanted to leave a tip for any future challenges if you can catch a pokemon the has the ability hustle,pressure or vital spirit it gives you a 50% boost to get the max level encounter for each Pokémon. It just has to be in the party to have affect.
