This man did more than what others do in a lifetime. I'm not just impressed, I can't understand how shocked I am. Tomorrow you're gonna wake up and you'll realize your shoulders are about 20% bigger than the rest of your body, and they're gonna be sore for a long, long time. I initially thought you would do it in about 50 minutes... Dude, DUDE, you are insane, INSANE. I love this channel.

I never post, but given the performance I had to, because Andry Strong is a real inspiration. I am 42 years old and I started calisthenics 7 months ago, his advice is very valuable for progress. always push yourself to the maximum, pushing the limits is the key! unfortunately I did not reach my goal of 10 hspu before the end of the year my current record is 7, but the year 2024 will be filled with goals, +10 HSPU, MU, planch. thank you Andry Strong continues to delight us with all this advice, you make us better by showing us that everything is possible with work 💪
@alxyxla Жыл бұрын
7? what kind of shape do you have to be able to do that. Im doing 4 month of calisthenics and still my record is 10s of handstand with a banana shape :D i feel like i have strength to do 1-3 HSPU but i cannt hold balance to do that ;(
@ludigital8727 Жыл бұрын
@@alxyxla yes 7 max HSPU, it's been 20 years since I last did sport. being young I did gymnastics for 3 years which helps a little 😅, but I couldn't hold my handstand for more than 15 seconds. Today on the ground I reach around 40s, while in July 2023 I didn't even last 10s. Today I do at least 3 workouts per week of around 2 hours each session, specific workouts such as tuck planche, HSPU, HS, but also muscle strengthening, pull-ups, dips, pushups. in July I couldn't do more than 3 bad form pull-ups either, now I can do 10, and I do pyramid series of 7 and 3 different types. At the end of my sessions I am really exhausted, because I am reaching the end of my capacity.
@alxyxla Жыл бұрын
Really inspiring. Im 38 years old and started 3-4 months ago. I consider i have quite nice progress (in my terms, nothing compared to you) but the flexibility is killing me :) shoulders are very closed. But still fun to do. Slowly Im doing my best, sharing my results with friends in instagram:)
@ludigital8727 Жыл бұрын
@@alxyxlathank you, you should always be happy with your progress, even if sometimes it is minimal. because when we think of the day we started we really become aware of the true path traveled 😉. each training session remains a victory, because it is brick by brick that we build. Sometimes I'm unhappy with training, but I'm relative like that and I experience it a lot, because ultimately it's failure that leads to success 😉. you must not give up no matter how long it may take, the main thing is the results of the discipline put in place. despite an injury to a radial nerve in my arm for several months which prevents me from progressing faster (especially the plank), I don't give up and I'm careful, but I remain disciplined and I adapt my training according to my pain . in any case I really became addicted to this sport 😊

This man is a monster... I am at my 10'th set with 135 degree inclined push-ups on elevated hand bar supports (So I go way more down than possible on ground) and I am feeling a "not gonna make it"... He is just at it in a 180 degree inclination... now JUST LOOK at him! I am so humbled! (Compensation to my ego: I am nearing 50 years old) Oops times up! The monsters at it again EDIT: Done... 300... But so am (Read: "done for")! After 180 (12'th set): I had to hit pause a couple for a few minutes since the "a lot less than a minute rests" were just too taxing to my condition (I took closer to 40 minutes). One should try any upper body exercise to match this tempo to correctly appreciate how absurd this literally is. He is doing HANDSTAND PUSHUPs! My shoulders, chest, arms are burning from something not even a quarter as difficult to his! It would be a sin to not subscribe to him now... You ARE Strong Andry... and VERY darn dedicated to match! One day I shall manage simply 15 handstand pushups... Maybe one day even 300... but for now: trying to match your tempo was a challenge. You ARE an inspiration for sure, THANK you!
