Can I Find The RICHEST NPC In Watch Dogs 2?

In the Watch Dogs games, your allowed to use your hacking abilities to spy into the jobs and income of anyone you see. Which in this case is what's gonna help us locate our rich individual. I want to set an objective of locating a 1 million dollar salary person because I know there's definitely some rich people out here roaming these streets. And i'm not gonna stop until i find that person.

I think one of the richest npcs in the game is Gene Carcani. He makes over 1b, the guy who raised the prices for lukimea medicine. You scan him after discovering the first side mission, which requires you to hack Bobo Dakes
