I was thinking, when you got that section out you could acces the other part with the dents in it, I don't want to be the arm chair mechanic who knows better, I'm sure it's much harder to actually do it that seeing someone else doing it. So far it's going great and looks great. 👍

I noticed you called Rule it's correct term , my Dad told me when I was a kid it's not a Ruler the Queen is a Ruler some things you never forget just like a sink is in the kitchen and a basin is in the Bathroom .

If there was anyone else cutting up an exhaust to straighten it out i would be a little concerned about it going back together….. but i had 100% confidence in you’re skills with anything to do with metal and fabrication work then you are the man 👍 outstanding job…because it will look fantastic at the end 😉

Great to see the mobility and confidence coming back with your left arm. As for the exhaust - Always impressed at the skill and craftmanship you have to bring knackered things back to life.

Having pulled a lot of dents out of two stroke pipes, you are doing a great job. Most of the pipes I removed dents from the owners did not want to pay more than a few dollars, so it was quick and dirty. At 20 dollars an hour, they would say remove what you can in one hour. So, I would check the time and pull the biggest ones first, starting in smaller diameter sections of the pipe first. Most of those bikes wear being used in desert racing and would quickly be battered up again in just a few days, if not hours.
