I laughed hard through the whole video. The episode with the silent type was simply hilarious :) FJ is only getting funnier and funnier and more brilliant with time! The inner changes he'd undergone since his first uploaded videos never cease to amaze me! I'm an INFJ myself. I used to be this insecure, overly self-conscious and prone to deep thinking and melancholy introvert in my early teens and youth but now I feel like a different person. And people normally see me differently too these days. I know that I mostly come across as highly confident, brave and independent person now, who doesn't really think too much of others' opinions of me or compare myself and my life path with those of others. I truly consider learning about my being an INFJ several years ago a blessing in my life. The knowledge and insights I've gained about myself, others and life in general thanks to it had helped me immensely on my self-development journey. @@louisejoel Yeah, it's a bit difficulty to understand those guys, even though I'm an ENFP myself (4w5), lol. But I can still say this much that as an ENFP, I abhor dullness, emotional dryness, and all kinds of "grindy" interactions. If you're faced with a social interaction, then don't make your interlocutor succumb to boredom and don't drain him/her of any kind of pro-active human emotions. But I guess that the more extroverted an ENFP is, the less is his/her "social delivery" based on caring about other people's emotions, and the more it becomes about pure, extreme entertainment.

You should look up eye movements for Ni/e and Si/e it’s quite fascinating. I usually guess people’s types fairly close, if not accurately, because I’ll watch their eye movements. Great video 👏
@carissahill34142 жыл бұрын
Have you heard of the Behavior Panel on YT? I've been meaning to bring up MBTI to them lately just havent. Scientifically there are ways to see what people are accessing by their eye movements in terms of visual/auditorial or accessing emotions/memories. It is universal amongst all humans except for the basque. Some of that stuff can trip people up since there is a handedness to it but I was wondering recently if I could type someone just by their gestures. I find trying to research this stuff on the internet quite difficult as I keep getting the same regurgitated stuff. Is there a person, book or keywords I can search?

Justin, the man who stared at the camera and then showed you his room, is totally relatable. I'd rather show you my room or just about anything else than to show my face on a camera and talk about myself. edit: also kudos to Justin for not being afraid to show his face and to make this video. I could never be as courageous.
@justinwhite27253 жыл бұрын
That's basically it. I knew I wasn't gonna feel up to saying anything so I figured I'd glare into the camera. And then I figured 'there's not enough information' so I figured I'd show my room, fantasy books, disorganized, computer with 2 monitors (and you'll notice the lamp doesn't have a shade because that's how I roll...) If anything it's classic INTP in my mind, but I'm biased. Video cut out after only 15 seconds. I didn't get a full minute. Dunno why.
@SleepIntoTheDiamondLife3 жыл бұрын
@@justinwhite2725 idk much about our type INTP. but I totally connected to your clip even though it was played for a few seconds because of our inability to talk, the glaring and the organised mess which we call our rooms. 😂 your video was probably cut short in the editing. it's okay. you did good.

@@SleepIntoTheDiamondLife Ne users are used to a lot of microaggressions for talking, I think its where the awkwardness comes from. When you talk and get called names for it you learn to not talk. 0:48 to 0:50 feels like a rare, special moment where we get to see FJ's mind at work. His eyes are focused, taking in the facial expressions and body language (at least what is visible in the video he's watching), as well as tone of voice. Just like an INFJ would, as expected! But I call it "rare" because we usually see a goofy, comedic side of him, and I feel like we rarely get to see the... I don't know what to call it... inner workings of the mind of the INFJ behind the "silly side." (I love the comedy, though, and I'm not complaining! I just also enjoy seeing this glimpse of the serious side, because it feels deeper and more serious, like the videos from 4 years ago that I've been browsing through). I appreciate that little glimpse. On another note, sometimes we feel like he really understands us, but I realized today that it's kind of the illusion of intimacy. (with all youtubers and their audience, probably). We feel close to the broadcaster, but it's... an illusion. He doesn't actually know ME (and he's not supposed to; that's logically an unrealistic expectation of course). And I felt kinda sad to realize this. Sorry, that's probably kind of a downer. I don't know where I was going with this. It sounded better in my head. At the moment, I suppose this random guy on youtube seems to understand me more than anyone I know in-person (even though I know it's not really "me" he is understanding, but the generalization of my type). Maybe it's time for me to get out and meet people. ::sigh:: I also wondered if I was stuffing myself into the box of my type, and how my type should act. Am I inadvertently stunting the growth of my soul's own ascension? But this one type that I cling to is the closest thing I have to a sense of community; the closest thing to feeling like anyone in this world "gets" me. To use a line from one of FJ's videos: I don't know whether it's funny... or depressing. Sorry for the long post. -.-

This really made me see a lot of perspectives. When i first clicked into the video i was also thinking about how would i do the short and what type of things i’d say, like, about my occupation, my interests, my goals in life, traits i seek in people that make me “admire” them (ofc not getting way too deep into that lmao, not making it personal but just wanted to list some nice things) And then i see people struggling, people who didn’t focus on personality but more on their hobbies, etc. Which all the ways are valid, and that made me think that maybe we’re not that similar after all sometimes. It really blow up my mind a little lmao
