It breaks my heart so see so many people out here joke about stunted alligators. They see Rex and then comes the comments about finding or stunting alligators or even finding stunted ones simply out of the assumption that they could keep it around like some sort of puppy. Small or large, gators can be a lot of work and even dangerous. You only have to follow her videos to know how much effort it takes to raise Rex.

Marth it's rare for alligators / crocodile to have stunted in the wild but if it dose happen it would not survive when it's a baby do to its small size and it had the same problems that Rex has like his teeth and jaw he could not hunt for food

My 26 year old gator Victoria doesn't watch any other gator videos except for yours I was scrolling down on KZbin with her beside me and your video had caught her attention now she refused to watch any other video with a gator in it she loves you and Rex, she is just very sweet she has her own space but because she's bigger in size comparison to Rex she needs more space but now that she knows your videos I we will watch them together in her space all the time not once has she ever shown any sign of aggression towards me and I will never show any sign of aggression to her.

Lindsey Vesely what difference does it make really? If they’re out in the wild just waiting a long long time for food or actually becoming prey. Or a nice space where they can call home and get fat of all the food their owner gives them. It might not be an ”adventure” for the animal, but animals don’t really have a number one need for adventure and danger in it’s life. I’m not saying that all animals should be pets, but just because they are wild animals in nature, it doesn’t mean that you should never touch them or whatever, because I think we should. Because in the distant future, when humans have populated earth to the limit, what animals will be here the longest? The ones that humans keep as pets, or the ones that humans keep as wild and dangerous.

I had no idea this channel only had a few thousand subs about a year ago. This is proof that the KZbin algorithm does work sometimes at least, and I can't think of many other channels who deserve to become successful so quickly She makes such top quality content, and I'm so glad that the algorithm actually did it's job in promoting talented creators who can do great work with a big audience Her work is what her got her so far definitely, but the system is so damn flawed and content creators have to rely on the fickle youtube God's, just so that people will see their content and recognise it as good in the first place

Probably not. He’s stunted meaning he’s full grown at a low size. He should be close to 10 feet. He was put in a small cage for a gator and he has outtooth because he banged his mouth against the side of the box. His teeth grow outwards.

So I started out with clicking on one of your videos with Rex about what it's like living with an alligator because my grandson who has Down Syndrome is obsessed with alligators, but not paying attention, the next video came on which was about your snakes. As a child I used to care for and keep my cousins Gardener snake when he wasn't allowed to have it in the house and I have been fascinated with snakes ever since. Unfortunately not enough to study them but I won't run from holding them either. In fact, I've held boas and pythons before at least as long as the owner was there to help if they got a little carried away and started squeezing me because those suckers are strong and not easy to get away from. Anyway, long story short, I became a fan and now am subscribing both for my grandson but truthfully mostly for me. I also want to say that I really enjoyed the one about the "hot" or poisonous snakes. I'd love to find a channel that shows and teacges more on the poisonous snakes. I live in southern California in desert country where there are Rattlers here so it would be nice to learn about and know what different poisonous American snakes look like in case I ever run across one in the wild. It would be great if you could teach a little more on your channel about the tamer snakes as well such as their temperament and likelihood to strike etc. Anyway, great channel. At first I kinda rolled my eyes but the more I watched the more I enjoyed. LOVE your albinos and several other colorful snakes I saw. Just gorgeous. If you know of any changes like the one I mentioned up above that actually teaches on poisonous snakes (temperament, likelihood to strike, how the poison would effect a person, the more info the better) a recommendation would be great. And just for the record no I am not one who'd be crazy enough to get something like that. I have grandchildren, so a Gardener would be the closest out another kind that was mild tempered, but I do think it's good info to know.
