I'm 31 now, haven't danced since my boys were born. Stopped because I felt the urge to focus on their lives and their mothers life and be a work horse and read as many books as I could. Now that I look back, I've thought about dancing alot. There were days when I was at work building cabinets and running machines and a song would pop up on my mp3 reminding of the days when I was dancing, when I was very poor and very happy. Just recently started practicing again and I'm glad I watched this. An hour is all that I got these days. Crazy how things change. Thanks Dyzee.

Any advice to people who want to start breaking in their 30s?

Yep you can practice in a hour. Back in the days I sometimes only had a hour after school and work to do so. I was a young kid about 14 then and practicing by yourself takes a drive to want to get better. Also it's easier with cameras today to see a combo or move and redo and learn it. Anyway good video and those turtles hurt as you get older ...I know I am your size and a bit older lol

lmao, are all of the 7 toprock styles named after a NYC borough? Also, do you have any tutorials for them?

They are only named after the boroughs, because thats how they used to dance like. I don't have a tutorial for them unfortunately
