I'd go to a zoo that just has different species of rodents. Rats, mice, beavers, capybaras, nutria, squirrels, muskrats, voles, the variety is nearly endless and they all wouldn't take up a ton of space like zebras and lions.

Honestly i think you could get a job at a corporation just by shoing them this video. You basically sold the biggest smallest theme park ride scam disguised in paperwork as a zoo.
