Maybe try some more old school tech. Original Game Boy, Sega Game Gear, Original Xbox, PS1, PS2, etc. Retro is hot now, and I have had more success with older tech.

That ps5 seemed staged buddy xd. Seeing you that excited for that ribbon being unplugged seemed like you knew that was it. Many of us would've thought the previous guy was just lazy. Dont get me wrong i know you're an amazing repair guy and probably all this is just my imagination, but is certainly what i thought right away lol. Keep it up mate.

Question for you, those aftermarket fans for Xbox ones do they do anything or do they damage your console, the ones specifically that goes on the intake vents not the one that goes over the output vent and fan on top?

You got really really lucky on those PS5. Easiest fix so far I'd say. Except maybe of the magic from IPA. The switchl Lite was good too. To bad it smells like smoke.. but Sally is getting happier.

I still reckon you could re-use components of (or at least re-sell for parts) the old faulty consoles etc that you've not been able to repair, that would at least help to get you into the green. Though remember you also have to take postage costs off all of the figures in question, unless you're doing collection only.

it is a literal torture, right now most will be destroyed ex mining gpus with dead cpu and ram chips, also vrm modules destroyed, not to mention those that were washed with a hose, miners are below human inteligence

Before fitting a new port your should always try charging with test leads directly on the pads. That will save you so much time swapping ports and not knowing why it won't charge.
