Sure agreed how many years we have to live in that province and incase if one is applying for Canadian citizenship it is mandatory for staying 3 years in that same province

@@Anushapooval you have to stay in Canada for 1065 days at least in 5 yrs period after the PR to be eligible for citizenship. you can live where ever you want in canada. PNP nominate person can leave province to settle in other province as advice by Mr. Kamal if reason is genuine.

Dear Kubeir, perhaps you know the answer to my question (or where to find it). I have submitted my EE profile and my marital status is divorced. However, in my account summary I see "Spouse" section and 0 points for the spouse. Is that an error that they still put "spouse" there and shall I contact them for that? PS I'm just afraid it puts me in the same "sub-pool" with those who bring their partners and have extra scores for them, while I dont have any spouse, but do have spouse section with 0 points there. Hi Kubeir, Thank you for this video. I have a query related to similar situation. I have my PR(OINP) application in progress, waiting for re-medical request, AOR - April, 2020. My organization is going to raise ICT WP for Calgary, Alberta. Will there be any impact of these 2 applications on each other , as I am PNP(Ontario) applicant for PR ?(working from Calgary will be going against the intent to reside in Ontario) Or I can come to Calgary on work permit and will have to move to Ontario once I get my PR. Hi, so I have a bit of a dilemma here, so I got my PNP (OINP), in 2019, but I only got my application proceeded for PR in 2023. Now I have yet to land in Canada, but I have two offers for a job. One is in Toronto and the other is in Vancouver. The job in Toronto is a step down and of course pays less. Whilst the one in Vancouver is right at my level and pays double the amount. I will of course make my first landing in Toronto. But do I have to let go of a good paying job because of my nomination 4 years ago! Also if I take the less paying step down position, it will take me another 2 or 3 yrs to get back to the level I am at right now in my career. Whilst the one in Vancouver will only open more options for me in the future. Finally, I don’t know when I will be getting an offer like this again. I have had a fare share of “unfortunately” emails from prospective employers in Toronto already. With the competition and the massive difference in scale of remuneration. Do I have to let go of a good opportunity?

@@JosephineEze79 well I was part of the now infamous “forgotten files” a lot of us were just forgotten about by IRCC. Anyhow I didn’t take the job and stayed back in Toronto. Not just because of the ONIP, but mainly because it’s too damn expensive in Vancouver Not that it’s any cheaper here. And since I work in finance I prefer Toronto. If you are wondering what to do, then here’s my bit, don’t worry, literally no one gives a shit. Once you have your PR card then you have all the rights to travel nationally and internationally. Just don’t make the foolish mistake of landing (first) in a province that hasn’t sponsored you. Apart from that. Yeah feel free to travel and work where ever you want.

@@NZFashionIcon do some more research and look for 2 years course that relate to your previous study/work. this will assist in 3 yr PGWP after completion. its straight forward path to PR. without PGWP how you get and where you get PR unless study in Canada helps in CRS score. other factors also matters. mind you that score will be very high around 480+ once they start EE in 2022.

From july 2022 to until now i did not face any issues, i m in quebec right now Citizenship i m not eligible yet because i was out of canada for 5 months , for that i have to live in canada for 3 years continuosly. you can apply for student visa no issue even if you hv EE active profile. you hv to choose wisely course must be relate with previous study progression or link to current work experience in order to increase probability of study visa. 1 yr program will give 1 yr PGWP and 2 yr program will help in 3 yr PGWP. pick the course which is DLI approve for PGWP. 1 yr course may be very tricky but if your EE CRS score is strong and wont affect score much till your study will complete in next 1 and half yr time. than all be fine.
