That was quite the ride! Doing it yourself every now and then makes you appreciate the employees. My best boss would always say, "I will never have you do what I won't do myself" and would often prove it. I followed the same rule when it was my turn being the boss.

yall should make an effort to save those wire spools, pile em up, once a year have a wire stripping party. i used to work as an electrician, every little bit piles up to a big holiday bonus. ( yes even aluminum wire if you wait and watch the scrap price)

I had an old diesel car when I lived in Michigan and I had to plug it in every night so it would start the next morning to get me to work. Then I'd have to plug it in at work so it would start to get me home LOL😂. Keep on truckin ✌️❤

Here's a little thing that most people don't know, bolt cutters can be completely taken apart, sharpened, and upon assembly ADJUSTED, and the will work like new for many many many many years. 😊

Would a vibrating compacting roller help with what your doing right now. I know dirt is different but we had them on lack jobs we help with. Just asking. Now you’re thinking about a newer used trash compactor. Looks like those seats are not absorbing the shock and must not have a good back up mirror. Could install a back up camera for your compactors so you don’t have to turn out 10,000 times a day

Hi there.. several proposition from a non pro :) Last video you dump a mobilhome from the top on the road, why not build a dump section there? A nice berm to all dump trucks?? Second ; burning stuf like the chirurgical mask ? Reduce of volume are higher? And finaly, put some rotochopper on the top, on the road, I know machines are expensive, but the reducing of volumes ..... worth the machine, I think.. Greetings from Belgium, where we burn some stuff and also recycle many others ! :)

A Ryobi Bolt cutter would make things speed up, we had a female truck driver show up with some, she uses it to cut off all the locks. It worked good.

Ryan is there a speed restrictor on your machine as it appeared to go slower than the other one, 🤣🤣🤣getting back in the groove as we get older just put's our backs out in the damb groove, there is a good German back and muscle fixer upper, called Movelat not sure of the spelling but if you have it over there try it your back will love you, I threw my back out working on the Forth rail bridge years back and man I was back at work the very next day, I think it is a muscle relaxer and pain killers combined and it works, hope you have it and it helps your back. Peeling wire from the wheels definitely isn’t fun. I have an A hole neighbor who likes to throw fencing in my field so it will get wrapped up in my bush hog. I’ve fought that mess several times.

the shingles coming now are probably still just from the worst houses. for every house with serious damage theres probably 10 more that have little piddling stuff like an upturned shingle here and there that leaves the roof still functional but the insurance companies are paying to replace in full anyway. you'll be drowning in roof debris for a year
