Good morning.Please I have a question and need help.I left canada since 2012 but before leaving I obtained my permanent residence.My permanent residence card was issued 2007 and I left 2012.I didn't leave on my accord,was deceived to leave. Thank you for sharing this info. My husband's PR card expired when he was outside of Canada and he is entering by driving through Seattle border. IRCC has emailed him for a PR renewal appointment in last week of June but we are worried about what kind of documentation he can show at the border to re-enter. Thanks for this informative video. One question - if my PR card was issued in 2106, it expired in 2021. I was in Canada for 730 days between 2018-2020. Now it’s 2024, can I apply for PRTD as I have met 730 days within my 5 year PR period? is the 5 year period calculated between 2016-2021 or from 2019-present? Kindly clarify.
