In my game against the Hivers, the Core Worlds actually united against them. For whatever reason, no matter who was at war, every invasion and raid went straight to the hivers. Every faction, even the HMI of all people, was throwing everything they had at them. They all failed. I was constantly getting notifications of entire armadas being destroyed.

"... a Staple is basically a Conquest if it was good... " Quoted for truth. Staple is a beast. I miss the old staple though. For 40 DP it was OP. I wish they kept it the way it was, with 6 medium missile slots, and instead increased the DP to like 50 or even 60. It's worth it IMO. Great ship.

Thank Ludd this mod has an optional alternative folder that replaces the bug ships with bio-tech looking robotic ships. Looks way cooler than the base bug models in my opinion. Feels a lot cooler too

Kudos. Not using Hiver weapons, too. Hiver weapons are so good, they actually make ships with energy slots viable, you know. And they cost so much no other money-making is needed, but I digress. Its easier to conquer Hivers than to sat-bomb them, since the amount of vengeance fleets is, lets say, tedious to deal with, but boy, does it make for an epic battle or 40. Closer to 40, to be fair. On the flip side, you get a challenge for even the most busted of your ships.

some of the ship packs you're using are stupidly op saying "the staple is the conquest if it was good" is like saying a fucking m4a1 is a slingshot if it was good - that ship can solo most fleets, and it only costs like 50-60 DP.
