"specialize in the attribute that suits your body and mind". I would attend his classes not only to learn hand-to-hand combat but also self-cultivation.

some people just want magic but you have to train for that too.

This video, in a very genius way, demonstrates why its important to train. From a beginner to advanced students, Adam is displaying the fruits of this training. The demos this channel puts out is some of the best content for self defense out there. I personally am always impressed with Adams explanations and knowledge of these arts and his expressions of them. It should be simple with dedication and practice to reach this level of proficiency. That is the essence of martial arts. Thank you Kung Fu report.

Love this. Chris is basically running into a wall shaped like your fist. So long as you maintain rigidity, he is just impaling himself. No speed needed.

Hello Adam. First of all, I love all your content. I was wondering if you could do a video covering some of the deeper aspects on chi gurk? Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us all and I look forward to your next video!

Do you maybe have some training tutorials on how to punch *fast* AND *with power* ? For me, the chain punch is a massive drain of enegry, compared to a regular boxing or Sanda punch-as in the lattert, I can put my whole bodyweight through my hip, and with one quick heavy breath the punch snaps with great power. If I try just 2-3 chain punches, that already takes a lot of breath and energy, but lacks the power. But you obviously have very fast AND powerful punches, I wonder what's the training method behind. (maybe just simply keep training chain punches on a heavy bag reguralry)

May rely on distance as well. This will give you more time to respond. After a certain distance, and you lack speed, there is explosive power. Explosive power is not so much physical strength but mental strength directed for a matter of moments to overwhelm the opponent and giving them absolutely no time to recover or react. If done correctly, one of two things will happen: the opponent is incapacitated or you have time to get out of there.

It sounds like some simply need to forget about martial arts and choose a quieter lifestyle.

If you’re not physically fast, spar light and spar A Lot. A LOT. You’ll never hit Saenchai, not because he’s so young and fast, it’s because he’s done it SO MUCH that his body just times everything you can possibly do, on it’s own with no thought needed. His Timing is faster than your Speed.

The issue is that the room has a lot of sound reflection areas, and the mic is not close enough to his mouth. He can either use a wireless mic, or demonstrate in a room with carpet and curtains, or both.
