PLOT DEVELOPMENT. THE LOSSES ARE MASSIVE BUT THE STORY CONTINUES. I think the best course of action in defeating these mechanical meat sacks, would be to wall the entirety of Skin HQ, like how the North was walled off in GameOfThrones, with two gates so they don't smash through the walls. Keep the gates open, until you're ready to commit, do the same V shaped defensive funnel, only reversed, so that it's pointed inward towards the Skin HQ. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE AVENGED. YOUR TASK OF CONQUERING THE ASHLANDS MUST BE PLACED ON PAUSE. THE LOSSES ARE TOO GREAT, VAN-DAMME CRUMBLED BY SAVANT, THE IRON KING IS TOO GREAT IN COMPARISON. I WEEP FOR THOSE WE'VE LOST 😭😭😭

I had issues in Sniper Valley as well, there's a mod that reduces particles and terrain clutter especially in that area because my computer lags like im in World's End with Squad Size Multiplier up to 2x lol

Allied reinforcements are a joke. They either turn up too late, or they turn up on time and get in the way of the harpoons. I ended up turning them off. There's no simple way to disable them through modding. I gave all the events a world state trigger so they can only happen if Cat-Lon is dead, and I've left that guy in peace for years.

Get the remove foliage mod it remove 75% of the foliage which will increase the framerate massively you can do that while you're traveling and then when you're recording for the video if possible you can restart it without the mod to get all of them plant matter back

Actually I think with the amount of people you have, a few losses are actually okay. You didn't actually lose half of your army, I'm doing my own Skeleton and Hiver playthrough since I can build in the Acid lands and basically any faction that tries to attack me takes automatic damage due to being human or Shek. Hivers are quite rare in attacking me. For me I will be allying with the Skeleton Raiders because their leader can probably be turned into an Anti Slaver because he was already having Humans fight other humans and most human factions in Kenshi are Slaver factions or Raiders now I have completely eliminated the United Cities taking all of their territory and now I am hostile with the Holy Nation due to allying with the Flotsam Ninjas. Also I've started to just kill all the leaders in Kenshi and I don't kidnap them at all. The fact I am hyper focusing does mean my army is small yet effective as all of my soldiers are Skeletons thus making my army a tank force.
