About your framerate dips, it's very likely because of the HUGE amount of NPCs in the worldspace. LOL And you can do hydroponics in Ashland because you can ship water from the Pits to the Ashland.

If i remember correctly hash in kenshi is hemp and water so that means it's probably bucket hash so its probably pretty potent
