Thank you for this discussion. I was thinking about this very topic earlier as my ADHD gf hardly follows through with what she said she’ll do for me.

@@yizhaomartinslmft5631 It stirs in me frustration, being hurt, anger, and sadness. I do realise upon my research through the years that it may stem from her time blindness, hyper focus on what she may be doing, or being forgetful. I should be used to it by now, considering it’s been like this for a few years, but I’m not.
