Can I use 3D modelling to help me draw pixel art?

Helloo~ In this video we're going to doing a lil experiment to find out if I can use 3D modelling to help me draw a pixel art scene from multiple camera angles and turn it into a lil animatic at the end of it, would love to know your thoughts on the end result!

Holy crap I think the shot from the side that shows the bottoms of the mugs is amazing. I think it may be your best environment/background drawing yet. Going 3D really helped block out the perspective for sure. Looking good! 👍

Aw thanks PJB!! Yeah I tried making her smol as a lil experiment and I quite like how it turned out 😄 Been thinking about the sort of world building behind these lil characters more, hopefully I’ll share more soon!
