Dude, the Jersey Mike's Arena is the loudest venue in college basketball. The Trapezoid of terror! And yes, Schiano coined the Chop phrase during his first stint at Rutgers. It was from a speech he gave the team early on in 2005 After a OT loss to Illinois when he said something to the effect "When you are in a forest surrounded by trees the only way out is to keeping chopping, focus on the task at hand and keep chopping"

There was a time when the entire athletic department and every coach at Rutgers had their offices in the RAC (hence the empty rows of cubicles). Most programs have moved on to newer facilities and the RAC is mainly used just for men's and women's basketball games and wrestling meets. The men's and women's basketball players used to practice there but they moved that to a new facility nearby. So there's a lot of unused space.

In no world should Maryland and Indiana and UCLA be in the same conference, and in no world should Oklahoma and Florida be in the same conference.
