Do you wear uniform (scrubs) on the HCA program. I have gotten into the PSW program gonna travel from the Caribbean. Do i need to do a police record before I leave the Caribbean

Yes, you wear scrubs on the HCA program during your clinical placement. Yes, you do! But you will need to do one when you get to Canada.

Can i get PR and work permit studying for HCA in one year Is ot a possibility i might not get the PR Does the province i choose make a difference?

As long as it’s a program that offers PGWP, you’ll get your work permit. While I’m not sure of all the provinces, Ontario and Saskatchewan are ones that I am sure of. Not getting PR is based on many reasons like your application itself and if your job doesn’t fit into the NOC requirements needed to apply for express entry.
