You have to remember though, the Autogrip is a jolt style blaster, so 55 FPS is really good, especially with the flip-up feature

The Eagle Eye looks rad and the modding possibilities are endless. Especially with the electronics and lights and such. Very cool old school blaster. Wondering if you ever did anything with it.

Just came across an Eagle Eye in great condition and after rebarreling the blaster alone, I discovered the stock spring is actually pretty beefy and can fire standard darts pretty hard on its own.

I like the nerf sawtooth got one at good will for 3.99 with the clip and got about 20 old magas in great shape . And a short old maga that shoots 50 60 feet give or take

You could always use Modern Mega for Old school mega blasters

They are not the same size. Old School Mega is smaller than modern Mega. It is much easier to rechamber to a smaller size than a larger one.

Don’t know if this idea has been used for an episode yet, but pump action revolvers? The doomlands vagabond, the rebelle crossbow, the buzzbee zenith and the adventure force exact attack would all be qualifying blasters for example.

If memory serves, the piece you're missing off the top of the Eagle Eye is a dart holder for two extra darts. Google seems to confirm that my memory of that particular item is correct.

Rototrack was highly sought after even into the 2000s as it had a high rate of fire and was one of the only nerf blasters with a viable 'magazine' system. You could buy extensions for the chain. There were only 2 or 3 blasters that used that specification of chain, rototrack was the second or third.

Thank you for proceeding to upload to this point. Every episode makes me want to attempt my first mod. That is something even watching full mod videos. I have a question though. I want to know if a longshot with a Orange ModWorks stage 2 kit could take a 10kg. spring. Tell me if you can. If you can't, that's fine. I just would not like to destroy a Longshot.

if you really want to make your longshot never die, get some k26 or w/e and some thin aluminum plate, and cut aluminum plate that matches to the inside of the boltsled and then glue it on. the OMW kits are kinda overpriced imo, and have some gimmicks in them that arent super useful, like the metal trigger for example

I have absolutely no modding experience. A k26 would be nice. Kinda complicated, but I don't think it'd be too bad. I haven't the stuff yet, but thanks for the suggestion. I'll take it into mind.

Nibbler Of Pennies If you got both Stage 1 and 2 for the long shot you can take a 10kg Spring, if you want I personally know it can take up to 12kg don't know about 14kg but I wouldn't go any higher then that unless you got some metal internals. E.G. Metal catch, bolt sled, and plunger rod! Good Luck
