Gatorade has defeated Josh, wow. The "Impress Food Critic with Monster" surprisingly worked well, but even Josh couldn't make Gatorade work well in this, which leads me to believe it's close to impossible. ^^

Its because Josh doesnt measure things, "less is more" is a philosophy that would have gone a long way here. With the Monster I think he specifically set out to mask the monster, here it was like its too much gatorade maybe pouring some gatorade in it will fix it

I admittedly haven't seen all of MK's videos, but of the dozens I HAVE seen, this is definitely the first time I've witnessed Josh slowly descend into madness as no amount of improvisation could save that dumpster fire of a dish 🤣 He very clearly lost hope early on, and the vibe of the episode was so different and unique as a result. Somebody who straight up prefers salted water to Gatorade cannot be trusted. If you don't like Gatorade you don't like Gatorade, but salted water?! Come on, man.

If you were sick and dehydrated but had no access to Gatorade, it would work. We aren't talking a lot of salt-I think homemade electrolyte solution has 1/2 tsp per quart. Normal saline we use for lots of things in healthcare because it's the same salinity as body fluid, it's only 0.9% sodium chloride. Once as a broke student with a stomach bug, I made electrolyte replacement fluid. Salt, sugar, salt substitute (potassium chloride) and baking soda. Tasted like saliva. It's not terrible and it worked, it was the first thing I kept down in three days!
