I go diy taking ketamine in very low dose. I did had for last 15 years anti depressives pills and maded everything way more worse!!! I go take it nasal, and i go with the flow i tested it tho and did my homework like what dose very well, we will see, wish me luck💯🤞🏻✌🏻👍🏻❤

I did IV ketamine for two and a half years and it absolutely saved my life. I haven’t had an infusion for almost a year now and am doing much better. I hope it helps you!

@@billiexnewland I think I did about 25 in total. I’m not cured. I still crash and have depressive episodes but they aren’t as deep or as often as they were before ketamine. I still believe I’ll die by suicide one day, but it will be further down the road than it would have been otherwise.

@@billiexnewland I am actually getting an infusion tomorrow. I’ve been battling for a couple weeks and contacted them today. They got me in tomorrow and increased my dose. I have to fly out of province so it’s not a small undertaking, but hoping it will help.

Oh gosh take two Gravol first! I’m shocked they are not giving you a shot of Zofran first for the nausea.

I wish I had!! The nausea was terrible 🙈🙈 did you find that to help a lot??

@@billiexnewland absolutely! I take two gravol about 20 minutes before my treatment and have zero nausea. I’m on a pretty high dose too - 130mg

super helpful! they can me anti-nausea pills before my treatments but the first couple very def the worst! do you still get nausea?@@brendag.3384
